Sadgurhu said something about restricted eating, that when you eat only as much as you need, say, every 8 hours or even less, you tend to sleep less. I know this is true, because if I've eaten more than enough, too much laziness and procrastination, and excessive napping as well. But on those rare days when I've eaten only one meal, or after I go for over 10 hours without eating, then I get a lot of stuff done. The idea is that eating too much and having your meals too close together creates inertia. But eating far less, energizes and opens you up. I say this, because the further I explore the value of eating less, the earlier I tend to wake up, especially if I've eaten early in the afternoon, way before bed time.

Complete your Dinner daily by 7pm (it is good for digestion and health too) you will get asleep naturally(early) and it makes you wake up early in the morning (naturally). I tested it myself and it works.

The jal neti should only be done with distilled or filtered and boiled water. And the salt used also should be very clean because when you do jail notice the water can reach some parts of your head and if there are some bacteria in that water can cause serious health problems.

I get the best quality sleep between 4am -6am. Equal to 10hrs sleep. I was waking up early. But didn't had any use of that time. Even i exersised in Morning. Than i use to feel sleepy around 2:30-4:30pm. And if i didn't rested in afternoon. By 7pm my productivity will be zero. And would crash by 10pm. No company would allow to take rest in afternoon. So this wasn't practical solution for me.

Truth is not something you invent, but something you realize. Every generation must look at what is really needed, and be willing to throw out what no longer works.
