➡️ What are Arteries?
Arteries are the blood vessels that transport oxygenated blood from the heart to the rest of the body. Sometimes our diet and lifestyle choices can cause our arteries to become clogged which increases the likelihood of a heart attack or stroke. This is a term that is referred to as atherosclerosis and it often goes unnoticed until symptoms such as chest pain start to arise. There are definitely some foods that many of us eat that can increase the likelihood of a blockage. With that said, there are also certain foods that work to cleanse the arteries so that blood can flow more freely.
➡️ Cayenne Pepper
One compound of this pepper that I want to point out is known as capsaicin. Researchers believe that it has vasodilator effects which can lower blood pressure levels. It is also believed to help reduce LDL cholesterol levels which is the bad type of cholesterol that is known for causing blockages in the arteries. This explains why cayenne pepper consumption is believed to reduce the risk of a heart attack or stroke.
➡️ Foods to Avoid
We should try to avoid foods that are high in cholesterol because it combines with fat, calcium, and other substances in the blood to form plaque which can cause blockages in the arteries. Try to avoid foods that are high in saturated fat and trans fat because they are culprits when it comes to plaque buildup in the arteries as well. This can be unfortunate at times because many of the tasty foods that we enjoy contain these properties that are bad for the cardiovascular system.

The past year I have had bouts with severe chest pains. I have been to the ER 4 times and had ct scans, my blood test negative for the enzyme tjat indicates a heat attack, and ekg’s. I watch a video of Barbara O’Neill and she Says to take 1/4-1/2 of cayenne in a glass of water. The pain goes away immediately. My BP is the same as it was when I was 18. I am 70 now. I make sure I do this regimen every day. Ialso take when I first arise I take 1 table spoon of ev olive ol,1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of cayenne in a shot glass to fight fatty liver.

I started off slowly and gradually built up to about 20 shakes of cayenne pepper on my breakfast. I mix it into plain yoghurt and a tiny bit of honey. My high blood pressure has gone down to a normal range. I was sceptical but taking cayenne was the only change in my diet and lifestyle so it must be what reduced my blood pressure. I was determined I didn't want to go on medication for it.

I haven't done it, just thought of it, but adding cayenne pepper to honey should be a good combo. Then use fresh lemon and that honey mixture with hot water to drink. Probably pretty fire.

Not good. It’s better drinking it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Mix the cayenne pepper with hot water. You don’t get much benefit from it the way you are doing it.

I out 1/4 tsp cayenne in tsp of honey. Yummm hot n sweet. But more like Barbara O'Neil says...a tingle. I do it twice in morning and another time later in afternoon if i have it with me st work or st home. I actually feel my legs grt a cooler sensation n leg pain lessens. Its absolutely amazing. You can take it in capsules with food or a glass of water about a half teaspoon...doctors use a full teaspoon with a cup of water for heart attack which usually clears up in about 5 minutes...but taken every 20 minutes after to make sure the event is properly over ...about an hour

If it’s the capsaicin, then wouldn’t any hot pepper suffice. I eat a few Thai peppers every day. They’re higher in Scoville rating then cayenne so I’d think it’s legit.

A burger doesnt have to be bad for you. Do it from scratch and skip hamburger cheeze or atleast use only one. Use a bit more meat for your burger instead of making 2 for yourself, which means only one bun - to still get the meat. If you eat alot of meat tho, you need to be active. Its a booster, and if you eat it without moving alot, your heart will still take damage.

@@aylakay1087 sorry for only getting back to you now. But cayenne pepper opens up the blocked arteries and stimulates the blood flow. The castor oil penetrates and so assists the cayenne pepper so to speak.

I cant handle anything spicy either, never could. A couple days ago started forcing down a shot of 2 ounces of warm water, a 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper, a 1/8 tsp turmeric, a 1/8 tsp of cinnamon and 1/8 tsp of black pepper lol

Both. Take it in hot water when you wake up on an empty stomach. The hot water will make it get into your blood vessels quickly. Then several hours after you have eaten dinner at night take it again before going to sleep.

@ShellyElle The 'hotness' (heat value) of 'hot things' like peppers, seeds, etc. is a value measured in the thousands. For instance a very mild curry might be 20K, but ghost peppers, that will bring tears to your eyes might be 160K. So a medium hot would be 60K to 90K... which is the 'nice range'... for Cayenne!

Cayenne is good however Saturated fat Is not bad for you. Stop using the food industry/big pharma advice, Carbohydrates/sugar are the only thing you should watch. You'll be telling me to make sure I eat brown bread next.

Which means you don't need blood pressure pills if taking a natural product as cayenne pepper. As it would lower your blood pressure too much if taking both. It obviously works. Ild be taking cayenne anytime over the pills which has nasty side affects. Impotency, asthma.... as a few. Look up contraindications of the name of your pills. You'll be amazed.

This video is repeating bad research. Bad fat is bad for you but natural fats, which includes saturated fat, has always been in the human diet since we began eating meats. Cholesterol is what keeps the brain healthy and can stop stroke as well as reduce the risk of age related degeneration. Cholestorol is also important in producing the sex hormones. Strange that the decline in men's sperm co-indices with the increase in the use of statins. If ancient peoples survived, and they did because we are the living proof, then there has to be a reason. I know some people will argue ancient peoples didn't live long but neither is this modern generation who are dying despite the prescription drugs, illegal drugs, alcohol dependency and poor lifestyle choices. I hate to say it but not all research is worth the paper it is printed on because it is not unbiased or objective frequently reflecting the funders view which is often the food industry - the clue is in the word 'industry'.

Was this horrible video made by a school student. Fats are essential; eggs (especially the yolk), nuts (left in salty water for 24 hours), avocados, organic meats with the fatty parts, butter, ghee, coconuts, olives, etc, etc. What's dangerous are processed "lab pseudo foods" and low fats ones that then have a host of chemicals introduced for taste. And in a previous video, you demonised salt. Only chemical factory salt is bad. Sea salt, himilayan salts are essential for their mineral content and their ability to allow communication between cells. Health comes from vitamins, mineral, amino acids, enzymes and hormones (get some sun and don't put any lotion on).
