Күн бұрын

Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether.
Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke.
Some of the most common risk factors for clogged arteries are:
High levels of LDL (bad cholesterol) or low levels of HDL (good cholesterol)
A high blood pressure
Smoking tobacco
Diabetes or elevated blood sugar levels
A family history of atherosclerosis or clogged arteries
Stress
Obesity
A sedentary lifestyle
Most cases of clogged arteries do not exhibit any symptoms until a heart attack or blood clot presents itself. However, in cases where 70% or more of the arteries are blocked, you will notice the following symptoms.
Severe cases of clogged arteries may exhibit symptoms like:
Shortness of breath
Sweating
Nausea
Chest pain or angina
Palpitations of the heart
Dizziness
Weakness
Kindly share this video on your social media so we can educate others worldwide. I wish many Blessings to you and your loved ones! ❤️😊🙏 Dr M

1:10 2:30 3:26 recipe 7 mins 6 lemons 🍋 30 cloves of garlic (3 bulbs) Put lemons and garlic in a food processor or blender after peeling them properly. Add a little bit of water and add sweetener like honey or stevia. Add this mixture to a big pot and take 1 gallon of water and add it to the pot. Let it simmer for 7 minutes. Dont let it fully boil. After that, strain the mixture and cool it for an hour. Now you can store it in glass. No plastic glass. Give this to them for everyday for 3 weeks on an empty stomach. She has to drink anywhere between 8-12 ounces. She can drink it cold or warm. After that don't drink for about a week to give the body rest. Then repeat again for 3 weeks.

@@michelangelo4701 um... yeah... a lot of the traditional doctors ARE stupid. They are told what prescriptions to push to treat "symptoms " instead of the underlying problem. If you give the body what it needs NATURALLY it'll fix itself. I use high doses of vitamin C (30g-50g) when I start to feel something coming on and I don't get sick. My doctor wanted to give me thyroid medication cuz mine wasn't working properly. They want you to take chemicals for the symptoms instead of giving the nutrients it needs to RUN PROPERLY. I took 20mg of iodine a day, that I made myself, and selenium and it fixed my thyroid problem. They were dumbfounded. So yes, EVERYTHING that isn't an actual physical problem can be fixed NATURALLY by giving the body what it needs and removing all the chemicals they push down your throats in medication and processed foods.

6 lemon peeled & quartered. 30 cloves of garlic 1 gallon of water Some honey to taste Blend the lemon & garlic with little bit of water then put this blended mixture in a pan with rest of the water left from gallon and simmer for about 7 minutes (do not boil). Leave it in the pan for an hour to cool then strain the pulps out and store the infused water in a glass bottle, in the refrigerator. Have a 8-12oz (230ml-340ml) glass of this lemon & garlic water, every morning on an empty stomach, with a little bit of raw honey to sweeten & warm water to have it warm or at room temperature. You can also have it cold. Have it for 3 weeks then miss 1 week and start again for another 3 weeks and continue like this for best results, cut out on sugar & bad fat, and also do regular exercise.

My wife and I invented our own health drink. The benefits of lemon can’t be underestimated. Take 3 medium to large lemons or 4 small ones. Cut the ends off, cut them in slices and puree them rind and all. The rind and pith have 5 times the vitamin C as the pulp. Add 4 cups of fresh or frozen organic fruit. We grow our own fruits and berries and freeze several quart bags of apples, nectarines, peaches, plums, pears, raspberries, strawberries and service berries (saskatoons or juneberries) every year. Add any organic fruit juice of your choice to the mix. Add 1/3 cup of raw organic apple cider vinegar and honey to taste. Remember that the lemons are powerfully sour. Pour into a one gallon pitcher and fill to the top with fruit juice. I use a Ninja to puree the fruit but it won’t get it to a smooth consistency. I finish it in my vitamin. Use a strainer on the lemons to remove any small pieces that remain. We drink 8 to 12 oz. per day and I add one of the electrolyte packets, then fill to the top of a one liter drink bottle with purified water. I am 73 and feel great. 5 years ago my wife was diagnosed with borderline diabetes and high blood pressure which runs in her family. She is now free of any health issues and she is 68. I hope this will benefit some of you out there. Enjoy!

@@user-js6ch1mf8g one morning l decided to watch my great granma prepare her drink in the morning: She would heat up well water in small pan until it boiled , she then place pan on table. Next she took a tooth of garlic she crushed it with the guacamole grinding stone and let it sit on a piece of wooden cutting board. Next she poured a tablespoon of raw organic honey into the still hot water in pan and stir. Next she took a half lemon (from her own tree) and squeezed into still hot water in pan and again stirred. Next after letting crushed garlic sit for about 20 minutes, she would put it all into the pan which had the somewhat hot water with the honey and lemon. She would stir the mix for 30 seconds and let it sit until it was luke warm. Next she sipped on that mix until finished. I never saw her drink it all at one sitting. She asked me once if l wanted a drink but l was too young and said no. But l wish l started on that when l was a teenager, very healthy mix. It does work! Here is my summation. My age is 66 and relatively sedentary. 6' 3 @255lbs. My wellness checkup scheduled for June 29th 2020. My cholesterol in September 2019 was 200. Decided to make some changes. I'm a night owl by nature, but changed to embrace the habit of getting up @5:30. Started walking first thing every morning starting April 16th 2020. Adopted a quick pace from the beginning, out of breath @ 500 paces (1/4 mile). It sucked! I felt 100 years old. Started your lemon/garlic regime two weeks later along with introducing diet changes per your suggestions. I'm just up to 3200 quick paces (just over 1 1/2 miles) walking, mild up and down hills. Wellness checkup on June 29th. Cholesterol is now 173!!! Joint pain is much less and flexibility has improved. This week joined a gym and determined to getting back to some semblance of fitness. Just started two days ago for a second round of the lemon/garlic regime. Thank you...Thank you for your videos. It's changing my life, my energy and positive outlook.

I am drinking this for almost a week already and it’s so evident, I’m taking 2 medications and I decided to take only 1 pill with this juice and also eat from 9-5/6pm. My blood pressure now is 120 below. Before it reaches up to 150, been taking 2 pills for 3 months and every morning before I take the pill it’s still so high. My body is starting to rely on taking medicines. But when I started to follow this concoction juice it helped lower my bp. Now I’m about to get rid of the pills and observe my bp for its 2nd week while taking this lemon+garlic juice. Thank you doctor. Thanks God! 🙌🏼

Whenever you use honey for such purposes as this, always use 'raw' honey. It hasn't been processed by heating. Always let your mixture cool to somewhere near room temperature then add the honey. The enzymes can be destroyed in heating and you want things as healthy as possible.

This lemon drink is unbelievable. I have been doing this for probably 12 weeks taking one week off. I just do this everyday now with no breaks. I add all the left over ginger my daughter doesn't use from all the sushi we buy. Otherwise its lemons and garlic. I never just use 6 lemons because lemons are big and small I just fill up the blender. As for garlic I use three packs of the peeled garlic I buy at traders joes. Ok here is the results. I have lost weight. I am getting morning erections all the time now. My hemorrhoids have completely gone away. I haven't check my blood pressure yet it was 136 over 86 but I bet that has gone down as well. I will update you when I check that. Oh and my skin is a lot better too. Really soft and nice. I do something very similar and I’ve only been doing it for a little over three weeks. I went in for a bunch of testing yesterday and they said to me at my doctors “whatever you’re doing keep doing it.” Total cholesterol 130, blood sugar, 80 and all of my arteries, because I had an EKG, and ultrasound on all major arteries were all perfectly clear. Easier to make it this way the doctor is suggesting. I make it every morning from scratch. I just have one cup. I use a cinnamon stick as well. So I use one whole lemon with the peel on. I just cut it up one lemon and add it to 1 and a half cups of water, three cloves of garlic, and an inch of ginger cut into a few pieces add cinnamon sticks. I bring it to a simmer and let it sit for 20 minutes. Strain it into a coffee mug. Must drink on empty stomach and let the garlic breathe for about 15 minutes before you add it to the pan. That makes it more potent. I’m not trying to change the doctors recipe here but there’s a bunch of variations of this recipe and cinnamon and ginger are supposed to be really good for you as well so that is why I add it.

Good to know. Ive done similar over the years but i do mine cold like lemonade, crush garlic, cut up ginger, cayenne, lemon. Worked for me. Also heat destroys vitamin C. I stopped for a while and switched to beetroot ginger cayenne smoothies, worked just as well. Then stopped it all and started eating trash now im back on the juice, lol. Cayenne alone in water, coffee, any beverage, if you drink enough is a vasodilator. I dont think it cleanses plaque though so the other ingredients are needed to get full effect.

I am 62 years old. 6'3 and 190 lbs. I've done this recipe three times over the past two years. I've noticed a huge difference in my health. The only difference is I added Ginger to the mix. More energy, sleep better, and the biggest difference is my breathing. I can breath down to my toes, I'm not short of breath on long walks, climbing stairs, or hiking with my family, I was shocked how great I am feeling. My doctor asked me what I was doing different during my last physical ? The only draw back, my wife didn't like how I smelled, but I didn't care ! Do it, it works !

I like the way much of this is explained, syllable by syllable with distinct pauses. This allows more seniors, viewers whose language of origin is not English and those who may be Deaf or hearing impaired as they may lip read. The linguistic cadence is also helpful for not taking. Thanks, Doc.

Just to add to that brilliant information , don’t throw away your pith and peel it is packed full of vitamin C . If you take the pith and peel of your lemons and oranges cut them into smaller pieces and dry them out naturally or on the lowest heat of your oven ( although that has to be done over quite a few hours) they should snap like a biscuit when ready, then just grind pieces into a powder and place in glass jars to store . You can sprinkle onto cereals, smoothies , however you want to take it. This is pure vitamin C , the same can be done with boiled egg shells, cleaned and ground into a powder, pure vitamin D and Calcium. Don’t throw these natural resources away .

@Heloise O'Byrne Hi, thank you for bringing up the subject. I think you need to check the grade of organics. Are you in the USA? I understand it can be difficult as sometimes organic produce isn't as pesticide free as we might like ; but am prepared to be proven wrong.We used to be in Europe until this year: I suspect I will now have to double check the organic standards of countries our government see fit to trade with.

@Heloise O'Byrne Hi, it is difficult. Food chains are so complicated, I think that is the problem. I very nearly had some organic tahini recalled due to contamination. Not only organics, but I was served meat in a vegetarian dish in a Michelin starred restaurant because the new chef didn't understand what vegetarian food is. Luckily I do eat free range meat occasionally, but this could have been traumatic for a life-long vegetarian.

Actually, I would recommend a glass of water with a couple of Tablespoons each of Lemon Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, and Organic/Local Honey, drink a small glass morning and night. And the Garlic, just regularly add it to your cooking every day if you can or close, along with Ginger, both being important to health. This is the BETTER System than what the video shows. For those of us who aren't big cooks, you can buy a bottle of already chopped garlic, and a squeeze tube or whatever of Ginger to put in your cooking.

@leeuniverse

@@Oceanskye11 ... Don't know why that would be as long as you're getting your calcium. The Vinegar is for essentially helping have a good gut, reduce hunger when intermittent fasting, allow the fat burning to work better, and more. One or two tablespoons or so isn't going to do anything to your bones. Maybe there's some sort of factor if you drink a TON, but that's not what we are talking about here. Me personally, I drink 5-10 sips of my concoction, not even a full glass, so you're not even drinking anything that would harm your "bones" in some way.

@@leeuniverse thanks. So much info online-can’t believe everything you read. Just saw it’d take drinking a cup a day to cause bone loss! Everything in moderation-will try a tbsp a day & see how it goes..
@leeuniverse
@leeuniverse 3 жыл бұрын
@@Oceanskye11 ... One or two tbsp twice a day is best (morning when wake up, and then before you go to bed), same for the lemon, and one tbsp of honey all mixed with a cup of warm water. Then you just drink up to what feels good to you of that. Me, I'm currently doing 5-10 sips of it, so not the full drink, and I end up not eating 1-2 meals a day and I don't feel hungry either.
