I have been over 4 years natural and I am still learning. My hair is tricky when it comes to retaining length. I know you're thinking well whose type 4 hair isn't tricky. But with my hair strand, it is trickyyy! The ends literally coil up like a slinky...the shrinkage is that real. While the ends coil up like a slinky the rest of the hair coils loosely. Why? Not sure, but with maintaining my hair, you cannot be slacking. This is why I do loose twist so that I can enjoy the nature of my hair without the cost of breakage, single strand knots, and excess tangles. I wanted to see what would happen if I went on vacation with the twist, to I guess, experiment for those wearing the twist with me. I hope you guys enjoyed the video! Let's talk.
