With large tables, dirty plates always appear on the last table placed. It would speed up a process if they were on the right side of tables and not on the left.

This family dining run has been really fantastic. Such a different run then you have all done in the past, where you focus on small sizes and quick turnaround. I love how large groups change how you have to plan, and execute.

The community card really flips the usual game meta on its head, and I quite enjoy it. Usually increasing customer patience is generally less useful than simply serving them faster and cycling groups through, but I did a run with my brother where we stacked patience super high because we had so few groups (2-4 pretty much the entire run) that we were able to seat them all simultaneously, which let us leisurely make food and fill their orders practically without stress*. Even made it to OT 15 for the first time 😁 *Other than when we got onion rings and I forgot how to make them. I was trying to cook them unbreaded, burned two along the way once I remembered, and we were _still_ able to fulfill everyone's order at the very last second. 🤣

"do we need more plates" EEEEEEEEK 7+7 =14! 8+4= not enough! YES 2 stacks of plates is nice! And as someone else said "last table down" helps with dirty dish placement! Whole pizza to portioner @ counter is AMAZING saves so much time! I love this update take ALL the soups! Have 2 big tables a day!

if you do get second coffee machine, you can also automate coffee station.

You guys should just serve them right then and there, their patience literally doesn’t go down when waiting for more food to come in. Also the extra plates and table was needed, the walk from the entrance to the back side of the restaurant could help you guys, like when they’re walking, you can set coffee. Although the only problem would be dishes since it’s going to be so far away, but on the bright side, no one would be waiting outside.

I honestly really like the big group sizes. Like, it still demands efficiency, but you can really focus in on one big table at a time instead of having to manage like 7 small tables at once

In addition to the tips about buying more plates and the dirty plate placement, the door to the kitchen could have been unblocked for some extra hands to help serve and clear plates. Also, missed the display stand twice. Once, Price wasn't there to weigh in on weather they needed it. Second, Price locked it in the very same day the others passed on it, but missed it in the sea of other blueprints hidden at the bottom. Although, I really like the variety without the display stand. Along with the table sizes, it keeps things more interesting. Still, it was a great run.

Loved this run! Such a different type of strategy was needed. Too bad there wasn't a chance to automate more and use the portioner! Hopefully next time! :)
@Fluffy288 Жыл бұрын
you should try utilizing the portioners next time so jas/aenne could save just that tiny bit of time and grab a slice right away. doesn't seem like a priority but I believe it would really help in the long-run
