I think it is great that you are giving him to someone that could use him. If I could afford to come over from Tennessee I would ask for him. ❤😊

Thank you for sharing this video. You show the ins and outs of real life Farming. God bless you and your beautiful family. Congratulations on the wedding’s. How cool is it to gain a daughter and a son you didn’t give birth to. I’m blessed with the best Daughter in love and Son in love. They are the best children I have. lol. My daughter in love bought me a coffee cup that says. I don’t have a favorite Child but if I did it would be my daughter in law. 😊 God bless you keep doing you. 🙋🏻♀️❤️🇺🇸

Enjoyed the video! Loved seeing all your beautiful flowers. Congrats on the marriages of your children. August 17th would have been my son's birthday; I lost him 4 years ago on June 29th. He was my only child. He loved flowers too. 💜

I’m so sorry. I lost a child too, no one should have to go through that kind of pain. 🙏💕

Beautiful flowers. Trying to plant more and more flowers. The bees love them and I get really great politization on my other plants.

Thanks Andrea. Excellent video. I love all your videos. Great advice and thanks for sharing what it takes to run a farm and or a ranch. Blessings from OKC.❤

That’s good advice. Thinking about too many things at once can definitely be overwhelming and wear you out mentally. I’m sure a lot of farmers/ranchers struggle with this. I know we do.

Getting this housebreaking to sell and have had to do a lot of adjusting mentally. I can only imagine what you and Ben go through on the daily. Enjoyed the catching up tour.

Andrea, I agree with you totally. When I start thinking about the list of projects that need completing, I begin to stress. We have a grease board by our side door with a list of projects which need completing. Only 3 have been checked off. It's just me, and my husband doing the work. Like you, hubby works full time. Our kids have their lives. Our youngest son helps when he's not working full time, or putting out fires for the local volunteer fire department. The weather hasn't been condusive. First we've been dealing with tornado season with all the rain (for 3 weeks straight). Now were dealing with the heat. 100 degrees with a heat index of 110 degrees. We've switched to our summer schedule for work on the property. Up at 445 AM and working outside starting at 5AM until about 9 or 10 AM. Then we work inside the house until 630PM. At which point we work from 630PM until we've had enough. Go to the house to relax, shower, and sleep. It's a schedule we keep until fall sets in.

We have been doing grass hay now alfalfa done 10 days ago.We have so much wind up here is hard to rake and keep out of the fence. Good luck down there and maybe will dry up for you guys to get caught up. Stay safe.

Probably a food bank somewhere that could probably use it. I have found that when I start thanking God for what I have even when it’s chores, I find before I know it there done.

Do you still have your milk cows? I would love to live where I could have a cow calf pair of Jersey/Dexter cross. They are good milkers and make a fine beef steer. Those days are far behind me at my age my next home is heaven.

Great video Andrea. Possibly keeping a white female turkey, if it is a broad breasted, don't do it. She will get to big to breed, like the cornish cross chicks.
