I don't know how you could not have a sense of humor about it when you make a one-hit-wonder that is basically equal to 3 or 4 careers. It's like insane how this video paired with the song makes it explode every couple of years and there's seemingly no reasoning behind the popularity other than they hit that 0.0000000000000000000000000001% chance that an almost perfect combination happens. So I just saw this for the first time. It's March 4, 2023. I've watched the original for like-what? 5 or 55 times? And watching your take had me in tears! The other sidecar racers (which, by the way, is NEVER mentioned, and being a former motorcycle racer myself is what first drew me to this video!) he beat, when the guy he decked with a right cross mutters "Where are we? I would love at the end, a bunch of “Ooof ooff ooof!” or “Oww oww oowww!” as he bumps into the walls in the hallway. Maybe the girl in a high voice “OHH NO! Oh! It’s so funny to watch this video 14 years later. When I first saw this, I never ever thought 80s music would be cool again, or mullets would be a thing again.
