Type 4 girlie with heat damage 🙋♀ I last got my hair straightened in Sept 2022 and just like you I told myself I shouldn't do it lol. I suffer from severe menstrual symptoms. I have to wear depends and pads. Many doctors don’t share this information. Vitron C or Floradix is good to take for low iron or iron deficiency.Prayers and blessings to everyone. If anyone has any tips to help manage this please feel free to share . Great 👍🏽 hair tips for beginners and learners. Very helpful.

@@LekahThomas wow! I’m so glad you said that. I read that in an article a couple months ago. Wish I could remember the name of it. But vitamin d is so important and it’s crazy how a lot of us are deficient. What’s even crazier is that even though so many ppl are plagued with the deficiency, the health care system only allows for one free test a year!!! Magnesium, iron, vitamin d, folic should be in top

This is my first time seeing your channel, and i wasn't bored throughout. I'm a type 4 girlie, and i might have heat damage 💔(might cos it's still in protective styling, so i won't know until i take it out). That was actually my first time ever using heat in my hair, and it was because i have an issue saying no to people 🤦♀️. I don't think she used heat protectant, and my hair just felt different in a bad way and the amount that broke off. I've been thinking about how I'll restore it cos im still learning about my hair type, and i thought I'd just have to big chop just to have it healthy again. Subscribing so i see how you deal with yours 💗
