I felt so sympathetic when he said that because he couldn’t hide the fact he felt like the others let him down because he had a mad rush at the start to set out a clear vision with obvious clues to direct the guys which weren’t followed and then looked so disappointed when he lifted the cloche because he had a distinct vision for the dish and ended up being a video where Ebbers did everything with half hour between his manic rush because nothing was achieved by anyone else on the team

'spaffed it up' sounds just like any other brittish vernacular to me. There are a lot of expressions that come from people's names ('Borked', for example, comes from a Supreme justice court pick that went nearly as poorly as the recent Kavanagh pick did ecxpetibg only that Kavanagh was confirmed and Bork was not. .) Gerrymander is another one that originally was Gerry's salamander because the drawn districts looked inexplicably like a salamander.

I honestly think that was the major mistake they made. It'll 100% be a pass. Either they bounce off each other's contribution or if they decide to add their own element to the dish (which they can continue after their second turn). Ultimately, we'll get something decent at the very least unless either one decides to go experimental but then it's back to the own element part which we'll still end up with something decent.

With an “Operator/Telephone” twist (I think it’s Chinese whispers in the Uk). The normals have to present the next steps based on a 15 sec handover. So James tells X this is what I did, this is what Ben needs to do in 15 secs. Then the normal has to tell Ben what’s next, etc., etc.

A small tip for making wonton(not the fried ones, the soup ones): If you're using pre-made dumpling skins and you are making wonton, cut them in halves, stack them on top of each other and roll them thinner(ideally you can just start to see through it). This will make sure that you'll have silky wonton skin. The filling doesn't really matter, just pick what you want. The way you seal it doesn't matter as well, because you want to let the filling leak into the soup so that the soup is not just starchy water(this is actually why wonton is easier than dumplings, because you can suck at sealing them and they still work). At the bottom of the serving bowl, put some dried seaweed(紫菜, not Nori), soy sauce, oyster sauce, a pinch of white pepper, a bit of Shanxi vinegar(it's a type vinegar with much thicker and stronger acidity), ladle the soup in the bowl to let everything mix up nicely, and then ladle the wontons in. Put some dried shrimps(the really small and flaky ones) to make it even better. Really nice and easy meal if you have the traditional Chinese cupboard items with you.
