You should come to Germany, the majority of the butchers buy directly from the farmers here. So you can always get custom cuts! You will learn a lot of different choices!

The German pig stall with pens looks different. We don’t use electric sticks, stress is not good for the meat quality.

I was close to ordering some pork, but I got a whole hog lined up for October, from a local 4H family. Would y'all do a whole hog custom cut? It may be another way to market Farmer Grade meats. Any lamb suppliers? JW, a balanced diet is a good thing.😂
