Rule of thumb - 1.) when buying used - have it checked by a mechanic BEFORE you sign/buy. If they rush you or pressure you DO NOT buy it. 2.) as is means as is. It’s up to YOU as the buyer to inspect the car. Once you pay for the car, it’s all on you. 3.) if the seller claims the car has no issues, is running great, etc. get that in writing
@cagada Жыл бұрын
Could you get your money back if you get that writing and bring it up in court? Or that still as is?
@M2161 Жыл бұрын
@@cagadaif the product is being advertised in a better condition than it actually is, and you buy it under the assumption that the seller was being truthful but lied you may have a case. Plaintiffs have gotten their money back because of false advertising. But at the same time it is up to the buyer to check the product before hand to ensure that it is working properly. It’s really a case by case scenario, but in general used items are sold as is unless otherwise specified by a warranty or return policy.

I’ve been broke eating like a pauper while my dog is well fed and taken care of, BUT I also didn’t get more and more animals! Idk what scenario she was in before, but too many people get lots of pets for that “unconditional” love when they can’t honestly handle it. People often think too short term when having a pet. A friend adopted a few cats and I asked her while she was going through financial difficulties if she should be doing that and she acted like it was fine. A couple years later she’s mourning the idea of giving them up because she couldn’t afford them and she felt bad abandoning them and I said, “Good. You should feel bad. You shouldn’t have adopted them in the first place.” I love animals so much, and I think more people should treat them with the same respect of a human in your care, but in the same vein be freaking realistic.

It looked like the plaintiff was cussing at the end of the case and they changed the words to “I’m glad you had a lot of fun with me” lol I wonder what she said 😂

I'm so happy my state got rid of emissions testing a few years ago. The pollution caused by failed cars was offset by people driving to the testing center.

I was on the plaintiff's side 100% when she said she rescues pitties and loves animals, but dude..... if you cant provide for them, let alone YOURSELF, then you have no business owning animals 😢 poor woman has her head shoved so dar uo her own ass, she can't see reality for what it is.
