if only they taught like this in school instead of all the theory that makes it boring

The mini honda 4 stroke looks very similar except rather than pushrods, it had a timing belt and camshaft. Kinda amazing how small they can make a 4 stroke engine.

I think this is "interesting" enough to make it listed/public. Pretty unique engine, too. Thank you for taking the time to tear it apart on camera.

Lol very cute valves. If you ever come across an old Mazda RX-7 engine that's accessible, it's pretty awesome to see the inside rotary system up close and in person.

+FPV Kabab they make RC size wankel rotary engines too!

At 5:50 those valves in our diesel boat engine had rusted, so it didnt male an airtight seal, this had happened from it sitting in water. We had ti grind the down with a diamond sharperner and a drill to get it to seal. We now butn a bit of oil but at least its running

I have that same engine, a Ryobi 31cc 4 cycles. I looking to convert it for an rc arplane but have not seen a video on that, only videos on already made. Can you give me some tips?
@c4_yrslf7264 жыл бұрын
I know this is old but isn't this a bit big of an engine to be put in an rc plane? I have no idea what power it makes though, you'd probably be better off with electric motors and a small battery pack

I think you should make that brick of a 4-stroke fly!

I like the sound of this little engine at idle. Reminds me some cartoons I guess.

Those valves are so cute.lol
@steviebboy697 жыл бұрын
I liked the sound of it at the start with its slow idle and how it sounded revving. I bet these little things dont last as long as a 2 stroke of the same size.
@nightmareinaction6297 жыл бұрын
steviebboy69 oh they last longer

Have a servo running the throttle that maintains the rpm under load on the alternator

So I'm pretty sure there is supposed to be oil in the valve rockers

***** have you seen makerj101? He has made a simple engine with hand tools. And since you have access to a CNC mill you probably would build a slightly better engine. If you had a lathe though you would be able to make a decent one.
