@@jbales8990 agreed 100%, Bayside is underlooked by most. They are top 5 for me. Senses Fail is great too, although I’ve seen them live a handful of times between 2003-2012 and unfortunately Buddy doesn’t have a great live voice 😞

I mean if you want to get to the nitty gritty of TBS, you can’t go without mentioning Brand New. After all there was beef between Jesse Lacey (Brand New), and John Nolan. Both bands wrote about each other. One band had a shirt that said “Mics are for singing, nor for swinging.”

I just listened to this album from front to back for the first time yesterday and if you listen to it in order he meets a girl after a breakup and then falls in love and then she breaks his heart then he heals and then admits that he will never fully healed best 34 minutes of music in the emo category.

Amazing song awesome video man. You should check out the song "seventy times seven" by Brand New. There's isn't a video but the song is awesome! And it actually was part of a feud that went on between that band and Taking Back Sunday and they have a song called "theres no I in team", Which I believe was in response to the song that Brand New made about them, if I rememeber correctly. Both awesome songs.

they way it goes with the song is he realizes she never loved him the love was the lie the whole time "i know you well enough to know you never loved me" he basically watching his girl cheating on him from outside the window, she trying to lie ect. the song itself is just spectacular, the way its written, the key, the bass the guitar the duel vocals, the bridge the chorus. literally a 10/10 song imo from any genre let alone emo.
