I'm a long time fan, literally since Tell All Your Friends, and I'm really liking this song. Reminds me of some of the new Glassjaw stuff, which people are also bitching about, but I love. This song is powerful, it's heavy and grating, but in a good way. Bands grow, and change, that's what art is about. You kids need to appreciate what you're getting from these bands that are trying new things...

For all you guys talking bad and complaining about the "new TBS," take a little advice from this song's lyrics :) "You'll never get what you want, You'll never want what you get" "SO DO YOUR BEST TO FORGET" You wanted the old TBS style? Not gonna get it. You got the old TBS lineup back... And now you don't want it because they aren't the same. Do your best to accept that they can make whatever music they want because they are a band. No matter what, I will love every Taking Back Sunday song.

I don't understand why people are hating on this album so much. Yes it's different from old TBS, but on a musical standpoint, this is a very solid album. They've been at this for years, no one should expect them to put out the same album over and over. They've grown up and are making music that they want to play, not what complainers want to hear. They play for the sake of music, not to please everyone.

I bought all of their albums the day they came out, they've changed my life, my music influences, everything about me. No matter what changes they go through, I will always support them. I'll admit I was bummed when Fred left, and really really bummed when Rubano left, but all in all they're still the most influential thing in my life.

Just because you like a band, singer, rapper, etc. doesn't mean you "have" to like everything they do. Art is subjective and is a very personal experience. I think artists should change and test themselves so their able to grow. Some artists go backwards, stay the same, or get better. Not everything they do is perfect.

@specterfilms Someone has still come up with the arrangement of shots - so where the cameras need to be positioned ect, I know its very simple - but its still technically directing. The song is only a free download single so I'd imagine they had very little - if any budget for the video.

A solid band is going to record songs that can relate to a plethora of individuals. You might not like the first song of an album or even the second, but I guarentee someone else will. Every song on an album isn't going to be musiclly directed specifically at "you". That's the point of listening to different sounds and judging as you go. Keep an open mind about each song and enjoy the talent.

i like them going heavier & getting back to punk roots. the best thing they've done t.a.y.f. i also like how they finally get the original lineup back, after years of people complaining about it, and no one cares lol. i think that's the best part. i'm not too crazy about the new vocal deliveries though honestly. they're kinda like..hair metal-esq lol. i appreciate artists trying new things, but sometimes it works - sometimes it doesn't.

@insideandalive i love them, their not original anymore... while all of their albums are unique and different, their last two albums, lost somthing, they became so dilute, and were no longer trend setters but trend followers in musical sound....i never disliked their albums, i still like them, i just feel they lost their distinct sound..but ig thats them evolving..but this sureeeee does sound alot like bn and eotc...really wanna here what rest of album is like..
