Congrats Rush! 2 key points to your story: 1. Family knew the importance of education 2. Family pointed you toward real estate. People need to understand the value of help. So many people reject help or think they need to do it alone. Nobody hugely successful has done it alone.

Very good point. If you have success, always good to pull people up with you. Either your kids, or other family or friends

Hi Will, I really like what you’ve done to your Porsche so far.Congrats to Rush on his Lamborghini. Very nice of you Will giving opportunity to Rush sharing his achievements so far in his life.👍Will was back at the Aston Martin dealership yesterday now contemplating buying Aston 2023 DBX 707. They dropped $110k from original sticker only has 110 miles. Trying to make them give me more for my trade in.🤔

Ill share ways on how to afford a Lamborghini without being rich • high paying job. If you dont have a high paying job. Get two full time jobs to make up for not having a high paying job while keeping your bills low •You can work your job while buying businesses to give you that extra income or start from scratch •You can work your job while buying real estate. Use the real estate to buy cars. (Wouldn’t recommend in this economy). Prices are too high. 80k or below on rental purchases

Man I love the way the new hood looks on your Porsche, TBH it looks amazing to me already as is! Also congrats to Rush it's great how he stayed focused and avoided his distractions while doing what he needed to do to earn a good living and then having the intelligence to invest at the same time.

Keep going with all the Porsche mods, can’t wait to see the progress! The Lamborghini looks and sounds incredible as expected! These will all go up in value no matter what they say. Internal combustion engines are being quickly replaced with hybrids up and down the industry and these will be highly sought after vehicles very soon! The R8 was fly too. All nice rides.

The Carrera T looks nice, you can’t go wrong with Techart. I say keep the vented front hood but go back to the original crest. With GTS turbos and the M tune, you’re gonna be blown away how fast this car is gonna be. Maybe the fastest car in your garage ever, maybe. Only thing that tops it so far is the twin turbo Huracan you recently sold

Does moding the Porsche hurt the value?
@WillMotivationКүн бұрын
It depends on the mods if they are too drastic or too dramatic they could hurt the value on resale, but if they are reversible and you keep all of the original parts usually it’s not a problem however, certain mods are very desirable because the Porsche community understands how much those mods might cost and how desirable they are. For example the tech art kit is a very desirable model that most secondhand buyers would want and if they don’t like it, they easily remove it as it does not change any of the factory parts

So you can be able to get cars you like while saving and investing your finances properly?
@WillMotivationКүн бұрын
Yep but first comes the knowledge, then the earnings, then the savings, then the investing, then the toys... With some nice cars within reason along with way but nothing stupid expensive like a Lambo until the time is right.

Is real estate still a path towards financial freedom? because seeing how 2012 is vastly different from today most RE philosophies back then does not apply to today. with Balloning interest rates, over prices homes and inflation makes it extremely difficult to buy something and make positive cashflow. If so then the argument of stock markets provides a better ROI so why the hassle of real estate.
@WillMotivationКүн бұрын
The real estate philosophies of back then? They are the same philosophies from the beginning of real estate in the United States. They are the same philosophies by low sale high. It doesn’t matter what time period. You’re in to follow that philosophy by and hold is another philosophy, but you have to make a profit on your monthly expenses in order for buying and holding to make sense as well as considering the appreciation and value of the property that you’re holding so I am still making money in a real estate now with the same philosophies as back in 2012 or 2010 or any other time I got involved real estate

IDK about the new format for the channel. There's no continuity and it seems all over the place. I appreciate you want to use your platform to let others shine but not sure if it's going to work. This channel is WILL MOTIVATION and the buy in is for YOU. Maybe a second channel called Will & Friends Motivation would work better.
@akeamtomlin198Күн бұрын
The videos are amazing bro I see what your saying but its his channel we love this kind of content were he has his buddies that should motivate you to elevate and put the people around you in a better position this is why he has a large following because he not big headed like other youtubers he shoutout his guys that's super dope to me I believe majority of us feel the same
