My 3500 Ultimate is being prepared at the dealership. GM just shipped a shell. Dealer had to install the safe, illumination package, tires and rims, kicker audio and a few other items. The truck ended up at 103, now looking at adding another 5k for 10 year 100,000 mile warranty. I bought the redwood metallic.

Go over the paint. Check if there is any chips or paint drips. When we picked up my wife’s 21’ yukon there was a paint drip on the hood. Got it fixed eventually after GM’s collision place had to re paint the hood like 6-7 times. Then after driving it for awhile found a paint chip from the bumper where to meets the fender seem. It was too tight from factory so it started rubbing. Lone behold after the collision place re painted the front bumper I’ll have to take it back after my detailer noticed they botched the paint job again.

I had new interior in a 1500....the new screen is nice I won't lie, but layout of controls I didn't care for....23 has better layout and ease of function.....course ultimate gets upgrades to door panels and seats but I don't mind the 23 models....no matter what seat position I use I can't see the DIC cluster and that became a non issue if old or new After a few months on refresh it just became normal, went back to 23 high country and now it seems normal.... But yeah the 13" nav screen is really nice and clear...controls on screen are same as old one fir settings and etc The bose system isn't very impressive, was kinda bummed I do love my truck though 25 it will be redone completely as will the pricetag. 😂 You just get used to whatever anyways
