When my parents brought my sister and me to the States to see Disneyworld, we arrived at a nice hotel and my hyper hygiene focused Brazilian and Portuguese mom went to inspect the bathroom… That’s when she spots them: small square towels (I think they are an American thing because I haven’t seen them in all the countries I’ve lived in or visited). LMAO! I grew up in MA, and traveled down Rt. 1 so so many times visiting my grandmother in Revere. But when I returned from my first trip to Italy…OMG. I had only that morning, climbed Vesuvius and then got on the plane to come home. I still had the dust from the volcano on my legs.
