Actually I bought the whole tongue at the Hakaniementori, and cut it :) Haven't seen any small portion sold here in Finland.

The blueberry is a very low bush plant, about 20 cm high to maximum.

I know the feeling. I´ve been workin 4 weeks at the hotel and there is alot of staff. Easy to remember the most beautiful woman that are working in reception and in the kitchen. Harder to remember name of the cleaners as they mostly are all over the world.
