The endless exploring.. even as I grew tired of the extreme business of Tokyo life, I never grew tired of the endless tiny hidden areas that sometimes didn't have any major sights but are oh so charming. And meeting and chatting with strangers is so easy in Japan, due to their curiosity. Tokyo is still one of my favourite cities to get lost in. What drove me away was the superficiality of those interpersonal bonds, and people never having time for one another.. that and visa problems lol What drove you away?

Thanks for filming this trip! It’s hard for me to imagine getting to travel at this point of my life and your videos make me so excited and happy to watch. I’ve wanted to go to Japan and Korea since I was five (my mom lived in Korea before I was born and had beautiful art from there). So it’s been a dream from over twenty years.
