Lil’ travel tip for those going to Vegas. Book a flight that gets into town in the evening and one that leaves early in the morning. The winds around the city are much calmer during these times and thus there’s significantly less turbulence. Sometimes- no turbulence at all.

Took off from Vegas this past Sunday and the winds were 21 Mph and the take off was hell and our turbulence was way more intense. Normally, I sit over the wing, so I don't feel it as much, but I was at the back of the plane and you can feel everything from the choppiness to the plane swaying.

I experienced turbulence on a Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-700 when I was flying back to Las Vegas from Portland back in July 2020

Same experience but more worse 😒 Las Vegas to Colorado !!the two hours of flight were turbulent 🤐i thought i wouldn't survive!! Next time I’m going to drive 😂
