Honestly. As a woman. I had depression from not being able to speak. Now I basically say everything on my mind and what I feel like eating. I try to feel the kind of food I am hungry for. Pizza, pasta, rice, chicken, steak, salad, burgers, and desserts. I also express any and every kind of feeling for food and emotions. I learned that from overcoming my depression

@@hyperchord Communitcation is one of the things I really want to express, as it is also how many of the relationships I have seen in my life have not had communication. Outside relationships, not mine direct, often. It is a skill that many should exercise. I am still a shy person and have to push myself to speak and push past the anxiety and fear. It is a mental hurdle. It's good to hear how open you and your wife are, I'm sure you both will be happy together for a long time 😊

Languages sounds familiar and have much equal words because its belong to the same group - East Slavic. There is also a third language in this group - Belarusian.
