I've stayed at the San Juan County campground twice with my motorcycle. You more than likely will see Orcas.

That is quite possibly the best camping view in all of the island spots we have seen! Gorgeous find!

We definitely felt like it was an incredible backup plan! 😂 Should have been our first choice and we are glad we found it. Lots of people spot whales from that spot too!

Wait … what is that bright star in the sky i see … the sun is shining in the San Juan Islands? LOL you had gorgeous weather that happens twice a year LOL… I miss taking theWA ferry to various islands. Seattle to Vashon Island is one of my faves. Meow 😻

Oh yeah, of course, Vancouver Island, I'd totally forgotten. We actually took our Ekko out there for a week just a couple months ago. Beautiful place. (A week was not nearly enough time, but it was all we could spare.) We reviewed AdventuresofAplusK's videos for ideas of what to do there. If you do make it out there, they have some great insights.
