That's awesome. First single engine plane I ever flew in was an ultra light named Breezy that my high school art teacher's husband owned back around '89 or '90. He happened to have it at a fly-in that I was at and he was giving rides for $5. We flew around for probably 20 minutes around Cherokee, Iowa on a perfect summer day and then landed. Very next airplane I flew on was a DC-10 from Minneapolis to Seattle so there was a helluva difference.

I remember my first time one a one engine plane it scared the crap out of me and then we flew over lake Erie to Pelee Island and that was the worst because there is nowhere to land in water safely anyway I got use to it after a little while but I still have those feelings when I get into one of them it's nothing like flying in a big jet plane that's for sure
