And the fact is, you are telling this person your sob story BECAUSE you want them to offer to help. You might not say that part out loud, but its 100% true. Not to mediate an argument! They wanted something from HER. Obviously money is what they wanted.

Two rules about loaning money. 1- can you afford it? Like do you have the cash and don't have to borrow it yourself, and 2- can you afford to never see the money again? Because there's a better than average chance you won't. And sure, I've leant money to others before and probably will again. But I follow the two above guidelines.

Don’t lend money unless they have collateral. If they don’t pay SELL what they gave you as collateral! No collateral no money loan.

The same ink thing irritates me. Because I have used the same ink for over 20 years. I know people who love a certain type of ink, and that's what they use.

How the heck you come to court with no receipts or evidence. She could have at least made the paper look a little crinkled and added different color ink. I hope she learned.

My BFF knew I was in a bad position and lent me 8k. I was waiting on my claim from insurance to pay out and would have been without a vehicle so she gave me the money. I'm forever grateful to her. It was paid back in full as soon as I got the check. But I will never forget how she helped me.

The plaintiff is crazy and the defendants used her. Both sides deserve each other
