For some reason by the way you wrote this question I don't think you're taking benzos fang xiety I think you using that as a cover-up and it might be a symptom of why you need Xanax I think you're taking them or for the record recreational as long as you possibly can everyday to feel the hide from it it's just forwarding from your post that doesn't sound like it's adding up to a person who has severe anxiety disorders

I've been around the block a long long time and I could tell when someone's telling a fib and I could tell when someone's telling the truth and you my dear are telling a partial so be honest and tell the truth that you like taking Xanax because the lock the way it makes you feel plus it's helping your anxiety there's nothing wrong with it but be honest but there's no way anyone could help you with your problem if it's a poop is if if it's what you're looking for or if you want to stay on it if you're not being honest with yourself you can't be honest with people around you I suggest you be honest with yourself firs God first and then yourself and then the public and do in that order and then maybe you can move on and find happiness in your life knowing what you've done is a right thing. You can hate me all means you are you call me all the names onto the Sun but you can't both fit upholstery I've been where you were I know the games people play for benzodiazepines it's no difference what you're saying the ten million other people have said to me

It took me 5 years to finally have the courage to see a professional and be properly diagnosed. Doc prescribed Xanor/Xanax. I just took 1/4 pill, the first 30 minutes was not good maybe because I was overthinking about the side effects. Following hours felt better. Hopefully this will make me enjoy life the way it was. Even seasoned travelers take Xanax to fly. Example: Gerard Way, lead singer of one of the most successful rock bands in the world, obviously travels a lot, has to take Xanax to fly. So, even the most frequent travelers with so many frequent flyer miles under the belts need help sometimes. It's okay. And me? Well, most days I have to take a .5mg Xanax to walk into work. That's just how I'm wired.

Took my first Xanax in 2003… I went on it daily for a few years (only.25 mg) realized I didn’t need it daily. I take it as needed now, when the symptoms start, or when I have to face situations that usually trigger my anxiety. I take Paxil daily, but when I need a Xanax, I take one. I’m also very cautious that I take it for the right reasons!! It’s truly a lifesaver!!!!

I am taking xanor alprazolam idk if its the same as xanax but i only take 1 before sleep .5mg. Its been 3 days and im still sleepy all the time. First time i took it i slept for more than 10hrs and still sleepy. Now my 3rd day after waking up still so sleepy. Is this normal that im always sleepy throughout the day? Am i still adjusting to the medicine? Please do help me answer this question. Thanks.

Hey Brian I know that our bodies take some time to adjust to meds but I would absolutely reach out to your doc if this continues. Of course you want a medication to help with whatever it is you are struggling with but you also need to function. Your doc may tell you your body needs time to adjust but if it’s something you are concerned about I would contact the doc who prescribed it to you . Good luck ❤️

I’m a firefighter and my doctor tells me he refuses to prescribe benzodiazepines because of addiction potential. Keep in mind I’ve seen some horrible things and can’t sleep anymore.

Thank you for this video. I have a question for you. How many mg was the Xanax you took. I’m flying on Monday and im so scared. I got prescription for Xanax a few days ago. I took half a pill. .25mg both times I’ve tried it and It isn’t really doing anything to calm my nerves. I want to take a full one, which is .5mg but I’m afraid it will be to much. But I assume it’s my anxiety saying that to me. I really need this to work. So yeah how many mg was the one you took?

I'm petite, about 5'1" and 110 lbs, and I take 0.5 mg Xanax, but I sometimes think I could/should take more because I may still feel some anxiety. The good thing is it mostly takes care of the sweaty palms and makes me more sleepy, but not zonked.

I have situational anxiety / certain triggers (like planes, feeling claustrophobic, etc), so my doctor prescribed me Xanax to try out. I haven't tried it out yet and it's been a month. I'm super anxious to try it! I know it's ironic that I'm anxious to take anxiety meds, but I'm worried for the same reasons you were. My doctor told me to try one to see how I feel and if I have any side effects to see if the dosage is right for me. But I'm too nervous to try because I'm not experiencing a panic attack at the moment! It's only a .25 dosage and I'm nervous to take even half.

I just took a half of a 0.25 an hour or 2 ago and believe me I was sooooooo anxious about taking it but it’s for an upcoming flight so I knew I needed to do something so I broke it in half and took it with a friend being with me and honestly felt a little relaxed but it was such a low dose im pretty sure almost nothing happened.

Have a concert Friday I'm anticipating but I'm nervous so I asked my doctor for a short term benzo script thinking she'd give me ativan or something I've already tried. Low and behold she gave me. .25mg at first I was excited I got the good stuff but now I'm way too scared to try it and especially test it out before the concert.

Surprised they gave you Xanax. Short half life very addictive. Ativan, or Klonopin is more common. Not as addictive longer half lives. I've been prescribed them all. Used Them on and off for years, and they help when stuff gets bad...never abused em or have been addicted. I've tried just about every ssri, snri...they either turn me into a zombie, or make my anxiety worse or like I'm on crack!
