40 mins steady state cardio on stairmaster
10 mins HIIT cardio on stairmaster 1 min level 9 - 1 min level 5 - repeat for 10 mins
ABS:
12 reverse crunches
12 bicycle crunches
12 leg lifts + raise
12 dead bugs
12 plank dips
Rest: 2 mins complete 4 rounds
