hello my loves! ready for your abs to be on fire? 🔥 join me as i take you through my ab workout and my cardio routine that i'm currently doing on prep! workout details will be below!
PRE CARDIO:
Banded Tie In Stretch: 20 reps
Weighted Tie In Stretch: 20 reps
5 rounds total
CARDIO:
1 Mile run in under 12 mins
40 mins steady state cardio on stairmaster
10 mins HIIT cardio on stairmaster 1 min level 9 - 1 min level 5 - repeat for 10 mins
ABS:
12 reverse crunches
12 bicycle crunches
12 leg lifts + raise
12 dead bugs
12 plank dips
Rest: 2 mins complete 4 rounds

Are you going to do another dexa scan? Those are my favorite videos because it provides realistic expectations for how long it takes to recomp/cut
