Great Video, Everyone please remember 3 very important warnings 3 WARNINGS: 1)You must locate the gearbox vent hose clamp and release it, the gearbox needs to breathe, blocking the vent can result in damage to seals and bearings. You can clamp it back if you need to put the bike on it's side to avoid oil leaking. THat is for the MX4R only, the MX3 does not have a vent clamp 2) Do not remove the bolt at the bottom of the fork leg, this is for maintenance only, not to add air in the fork. If you strip the bolt, break the threads, damage the air chamber you will have to pay for a new fork leg unfortunately. Same with the rear shock, it's not user adjustable.​ 3) Rotors have oil on them, to prevent rust during sea shipping. You have clean both rotors with brake cleaners or isopropyl alcohol. Failure to do this will just result in squeaky brake for the first couple rides. You must turn the breaker off before connecting the battery and you must turn off the breaker before unplugging it. If you don't you risk to damage the connector. The new electronic throttle is not plugged so please be careful not to pull the wiring and to line up the pins the correct way when plugging it. Lunacycle will not replace your throttle if you rip the wires out of the handle or crush the cable.

I think the very first thing that should be done is. Pull the battery out and get it on the charger right away. Then you can finish the build and setup as the battery charges.

I think you meant to say non marring, or rubber mallet, but just saying mallet people will still use metal. It didn't seem to be messed up so I give you benefit of the doubt, but just curious why use a non marring mallet to start than switch to metal extension?

This is the first I've heard of the gearbox vent tube clamp. I have seen reports of gearbox oil leaks when the bike is transported on it's side. Does clamping down the vent hose really prevent this? I have asked Luna sales about gearbox oil leaking when transporting the Talaria on it's side and they didn't know the answer. They said I should consider buying the surron instead. Not the answer I was looking for because I really want to order the new Talaria.

yes when you lay the talaria on its side when transporting you should clamp the tube to prevent gearbox leaks

@@lunacyclerepair Hi dear, i have the TALARIA MX3 Street Legal (TL3000) and has this problem : after a little fall the speed indication on the Display shows the speed with little delay, i can start rolling 2-3 km/h but its shows 0 km/h after i get faster its start to shows the speed indication with delay, what can be the reason and how to fix that ? i also have this Match setting but after i start matching it shows me matching fail after 30 seconds Please help me to solve this problem

After ordering my Sting R from you guys at lunacycle, I just received my bike about 2 hours ago, assembled it via this video and my screen won’t stop displaying “wait” tried trouble shooting, unplugging and replugging the connectors, kick stand up, key on, relay to the right, press red button and still says wait..do you guys have any info that could help with this?

you could benefit from the xxx, but the mx4 is a lot more bike for only 1200$ more. If this is your only surron, talaria, etc., I'd go with the mx4 if you can afford it

Removing the axle was very easy once we played with the handle a little, it got slack enough to removing it with my fingers only, if this may help someone.

Yes after you ride a certain mileage for the break-in period, looks like they include some oil for it as well. Afterwards the intervals are longer
