I loved watching this. Ivar is an enchanting little boy. I love the way he sings to himself when he is outside. It was a real treat to spend so much time with the two of you just watching him being busy and chatting away. You are a very gentle Dad and I loved the way he wanted you to hold his hand ‘in the middle of the night’. Please don’t apologise for the slow videos, sometimes they are the best. What an amazing Day. Ivar has grown up so quickly. So wonderful to hear him talking, he has a huge vocalbary. He us very smart, talking, reading his books and understanding and telling the story. He is also learning to care for the animals, help preparing food for cooking and in general, the daily running of the home. He is so good with his routine. This was not slow, this was wonderful. I started watching in the morning, but every 15 to 20 minutes or so, I got distracted by life things, but because I watched this episode thoughout my day, it feels like I spent that entire day with you and it feels so good! It was wonderful, to spend so much time with you, and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. It is SO great to see Ivar develop, the amount of words he has is huge already, and how he recited his day right before sleeping was awesome. You have one bright little son there. He seems to constantly want to help, and DO things, and I don't think he'll ever be lazy. He seems to enjoy being out and about, and if he could wash dishes, he would. ;-) Him recognizing the branch knot on the plank...now there's actual deep knowledge, in a two year old. What a wonderful video, and thank you for not only sharing it, but for the subtitles as well! It feels really nice to get the vibe of your language, while learning a word or two due to the translations. Absolutely awesome. And you Mathias, are a wonderful dad. This was my very best favorite of all your videos. I found myself pausing the video to look around at your books, your beautiful table, Ivar's high chair. I loved watching your everyday activities with Ivar. From bed to books (my kids want to read first thing in the early morning too). Making your fire. Cooking your food. Walking Ivar in the carriage. Sitting in the sun. Everything was so heartwarming. But MOST of all I love to hear Ivar speaking. Thank you for the subtitles. He's such a precocious little person! It is always so sweet to watch the day in the life of a child. You are great with him, so patient. He is a great talker and little helper. I loved watching the whole thing. I have a grandson the exact same age two days a week, staying over night, and this all is so familiar. I especially love laying with him at night when he likes to talk. I loved how your son recalled how he spent his whole day, bringing up each and every thing he did with you. So very sweet!
