INGREDIENTS
Flowers of Chemparuthi (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis) - 25 nos
Leaves of Chemparuthi (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis) - 10-25 nos
Leaves of Koovalam(Bilwa) - 10nos
Leaves (with or with out Flower) -a hand full
Coconut oil - 1/2 litre
Cow milk - 1 cup

അമ്മേ ഞാൻ ithu ഉണ്ടാക്കി. പക്ഷെ pacha കർപ്പൂരം ഇട്ടു അവസാനം. പിന്നെയാണ് അറിഞ്ഞത് കുഞ്ഞിന് പാല് കൊടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കരുതെന്നു. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ കർപ്പൂരം കളയാൻ ഒരു 1 മണിക്കൂർ എണ്ണ വീണ്ടും ചൂടാക്കി. കർപ്പൂരത്തിന്റെ മണം പോയി പക്ഷെ കാച്ചിയ എണ്ണയുടെ മണവും പോയി. ഈ എണ്ണ ഇനി ഉപയോഗിക്കാൻ പറ്റുമോ.
