Don't give anybody 10 yrs. OC Johnson is a risk has no experience as HC. Carroll has best resume (college and NFL) to turn around all 3 sides. Coaching Nuances is needed. Winnable games are proof.

Mike Vrabel is overhyped. He did really nothing in Tennessee. Idk why everyone says he changes cultures. The guy was on the couch this year. Their offenses weren’t great. And they didn’t do a whole lot in a very weak division. If Vrabel is on the board we may as well keep Thomas Brown as head coach. Don’t mess it up. Get Ben Johnson. Enough
