I personally prioritize what the games say over the books and just chalk it up to there not being great communication between Steel Wool and Scholastic. 14:48 As Sire Squawks pointed out, it physically does not have enough joints to have that many legs. The Mimic in Ruin doesn't swap the locations of its pieces, and its function as described in other parts of Tales just mentions expanding and contracting limbs, not swapping parts and creating brand-new limbs.

I love the idea of the books taking place in the games. It makes them more interesting to me as I never really cared much for the original book series since I knew it was disconnected from the games. What I don’t like is how major lore reveals are in the books, if you played ruin you would have no clue who the “mimic” is if you didn’t read the books and playing through security breach I always wondered who Gregory even was and we got no backstory reveals for him later on in the game the only way you can learn about Gregory if you wanted to is to buy a book… this creates a paywall for lore which I don’t like I prefer it when the books build the world of the pizzaplex allowing us to learn interesting details about the pizzaplex and the history of it, for example learning about past attractions that have been removed is so cool to me and I love the stories that come with them. In addition to the yellow Chica, was Bonnie's depiction on his bowling icon before Ruin released. No bangles, shoulder pads or face paint like the other Glamrocks have among their cutouts. Most different they got was Monty without shades, mermaid Chica and Roxy in a jacket. This gave Rye Toast an idea that the Pizzaplex once had a FNAF 1 roster. Back then, Freddy and Chica sang while Bonnie played guitar. Foxy was secluded to his smaller stage and only really shown with the 3 with the Rockstars (and On Tour). I had a hunch Roxy may've been with the 3 as their 4th given her In Space 2 cameo and Foxy would be a side attraction in Kid's Cove. With Chica being refrained from singing due to the voicebox experiment, I speculated she *did* once sing and following this, she was made the guitarist and Bonnie was put on bass. With that in mind, the timeline would go: Freddy, guitarist Bonnie, yellow singing Chica, and Roxy - Chica's voicebox experiment leads to a changing of instruments (and maybe her going mostly mute as she never said anything before we distract her), then Monty replaced Bonnie as bass player (as he's in the story with the yellow Chica), then at some point she's redesigned white. Ruin threw in some contradictions... the gondala segment starting Chpt 3 shows the Glamrock band pre Monty, but Chica was was white (and it *is* a new cutout not seen in base SB). As well as that one of her in a dress (and no bangles) alongside cowboy Foxy assuming they are related.

1. Happy B Day 2. I agree with everything but i still due think Edwin is a Henry parallel as Henry was said to actually dislike being reminded of Charlie but couldn't bring himself to harm the child version as that's who he knows in reality while the adult version is completely his take on adult Charlie and that's why he lashed out at it. What this means is that Edwin lashing out at the Mimic endo after seeing it do what his child does parallels exactly what Henry feels about the adult Charlie which is made to act as Charlie. The Mimic and Adult Charlie are both hated and beaten for them being seen as a replacement by it's creator for their lost child and are left behind and taken from their birth place meaning their is a connection somewhat. Plus Edwin being a single parent can just be a symbolism for Charlie basically living with Henry at Fredbear's and Freddy's as Henry has always been the one seen to take care of Charlie in the games. Plus the Novels are obliviously non canon to the games, just based off them. So Henry even having a wife at the time of Charlie's death may not even be in the games like how Sammy isn't in the games or the timeline events being out of order and not lining up with what we know in the games
@ImpulseEvan37 Жыл бұрын
The idea wasn't that he disliked the idea of bringing charlie back but that he was driving himself so insane in doing so that he let out that insanity on the final charliebot, and scrapped it because his insanity was fueling it and it was "wrong" Henry is never the one seen taking care of Charlotte in the games. He literally appears once and calls her his daughter and says he couldn't protect her. That doesn't indicate at all that he's the only one who takes care of her. And if Henry's family is different in the games (which i see no reason it should be) then Edwin isn't paralleling the book Henry and therefore there's no parallels to the recreation of their child idea, and if he's paralleling the book henry then the family doesn't match at all. Plus Charlotte doesn't even die outside in the books, she dies in a room with her brother as a witness. If Edwin is paralleling BOTH versions of Henry, then there's no reason certain elements should be how people suggest they are in the games, like Baby being the Mimic

While I do think that TftP is in the games' continuity, I think that my (and a lot of other people's problem) with it is that we don't want to have to read books to know what's going on in the games. The books were fine before as they acted more as clarifications on things we either already knew or things we were unsure about (foxybro being Michael comes to mind), and that information could spread throughout the community naturally. The difference now is that if the tales books take place in the games' continuity, that means a whole chunk of the story is locked behind having to read a bunch of stories of varying quality, which is not something myself or many others want to have to do, we want to be able to figure things out solely using evidence in the games. If anything this whole debate about whether Tales is in the games or not has been really showing how bad the current state of the FNaF franchise is. When we don't have enough information as set in stone fact, it leads to people having to make theories that rely on other theories being true. Tales being in the games or not shouldn't have to be a theory, because it just makes theorizing about the games way harder for no reason. This was a problem that started with stitchline games, which while it wasn't as widespread as talesgames, was certainly a prevailing theory at the time (although I'm not sure about the current state of it). I think overall I'm also just really disappointed in the current state of the FNaF theorist community, as there have been a lot more unnecessary flamewars than there ever have been, and too many people stating things as being absolute undeniable fact when the whole point of a theory is that it isn't a fact, there may be a lot of evidence supporting it but there's no proof. It doesn't help that a lot of misinformation about the books has been spread online, and people making theories about the books (and book leaks) without actually citing their source on where they got their information. It's just really sad to see, as someone who's been a fan of FNaF for a very long time I really just want to see this community get better and see the franchise get better. I definitely agree that certain parts of the fan base being prevented from figuring out the lore is pretty dumb and definitely part of the reason I don't like TalesGames. But I wouldn't necessarily go as far to say that the theory community is bad. Mainly because, if anything, the theory community is thriving with more and more different KZbin theorists popping up all the time instead of everyone just relying on MatPat (although don't get me wrong, I love MatPat and he doesn't deserve to be slandered). At the end of the day, this franchise has so much conflicting information, mainly because it's all told so cryptically so different people interpret the hints in different ways (which isn't necessarily a bad thing because different interpretations can lead you to the right one) and, therefore, flamewars are kind of inevitable and aren't really something new. I mean, when MatPat first proposed Dream Theory in like 2015 everyone hated it and now most of the community thinks it was actually canon and got retconned. However, I do think these particular flamewars are a problem because, unless Scott ever specifically clarifies whether the books are canon, the whole community will probably be split for as long as the story continues. But, then if he does decide to come out and clear it up and then says that they are canon, the problem of those parts of the story being inaccessible to certain fans still prevails. As you said, sorry for the essay but I also am passionate about this story. I don't necessarily have a problem with the current state of FNAF, I've actually grown to appreciate Modern FNAF a lot more recently but if we need one thing from Scott right now, it is confirmation of what the deal is with this issue.

I have a theory that the Tales books and Security Breach games are telling the same story but in different perspectives. The books are focused on the Mimic while the game is focused on Glitchtrap evolving separate from the Mimic code from HW with William's agony/spirit taking over it and trying to take over the entire program while when he failed his last ditch effort was to stop the Mimic from regaining control. The Mimic is obviously not trying to mimic William as we once thought, has definitely been trapped pre FNAF 6 via being far below the location (possibly Fredbear's Family Diner) and neither Vanessa or Gregory don't know who the Mimic is while they have obviously been down there before whether before or after they were free by Gregory's backpack being down there. A person called the "Client" first sent hardware and circuit boards to Fazbear Entertainment game developers, who after scanning and using them, released a virus that took the form of a rabbit. That rabbit became what we call GlitchTrap. The "Client" then stole the hardware and circuit boards back and sent them to another department of Fazbear Entertainment who scanned them releasing the virus yet again. The virus, again, taking the form of a rabbit. It eventually possesses a Toy Animatronic, and it's eye color changes. To the point of Edwin making the classics being an inconsistency: I don’t think that’s even something that we’re supposed to draw from the books. The book very specifically describes the Chica animatronic that he’s making as a “bright yellow chick.” Classic Chica (and also Withered Chica) is not bright yellow. She’s a more plain yellow. But you know who is bright yellow? Toy Chica. I think we’re supposed to be concluding that Edwin made Toy Chica, and subsequently, the other Toy animatronics. Therefore, the Mimic would take place in 1986, which would place the Storyteller in 2026, which is a much more realistic turnaround for Fazbear Entertainment to make a massive mall after the FNaF 6 fire. As for Security Breach taking place in 2029… I don’t think it has to. The Faz Life magazine by all means could have started a bit later into the Pizzaplex’s time being open. Say, 2030. Which would then place us in 2035 for Security Breach, which works with the calendar. And the Faz Life magazine starting further into the Pizzaplex’s lifespan makes complete sense- as the Pizzaplex grows in popularity, of course new things would come about to advertise it. But hey, maybe I’m wrong. Either way, TalesGames makes sense to me.

But we also know Scott himself, even though he publishes more books and more games are coming out, like many other authors and creators of franchises, sagas and series. Leave it a mystery and that's good because they want to keep it for us. To try to solve it using our own imagination, theory, ideas and come up with our own Head Canon.

@@Cake2019_6 Fnaf is already a bit of a Multiverse. The story from the games, the story from the books and of course the movie. one medium is another universe and each can also be Fnaf of a similar theory. Since the Multiverse is for example: Marvel, DC, Star Wars, League of legends/Runeterra/Arcane/Skin Lines. And many more why not Fnaf too. In this day and age, when endless movie series are commonplace, this is perhaps even more important than before. To summarize, the word canon or English canon refers to the official world, history, and events of a story. Everything marked as canon actually happened and took place in the world of that film series or series. And that brings us to the next group of words - the canon of Alpha and Beta. In case of disagreement with some work or event, a person forms and subsequently creates his own Head Canon.

Here's the issue though, if the books are Canon then Henry, William and all the events before Security Breach has to be fiction. You can't have a mechanic named Edwin build the Mimic and Freddy, Chica, Bonnie and Foxy, as well as have Henry build them as well. You can't make the argument that turning on the burners in the Fnaf 6 location that houses Burntrap would destroy the rooms and building if they didn't do that the first time when Henry used them unless he doesn't exist and the events of Fnaf 6 never actually happen in universe. My point is, I'm hoping the books just vaguely parallel the events in the games, otherwise you have events in the books conflicting with events in the games and overall lore

@LordDiscord Жыл бұрын
@ImpulseEvan37 I'll admit I had not yet gotten to that part of the video. With that said, I'm not certain what you mean when you talk about the parallels existing if the books are Canon, the problem is they can't. A parallel is a event or character designed to fill a space or role described in alternative media. You can't have Henry and a parallel to Henry exist in the same story. Either Edwin is fake or Henry is fake, either way for one to exist as a parallel to another, one of the can't exist within the same story without the other being fictional. I think the 2010 Nightmare on Elm Street remake fits best with the issues here. In that movie you find out all previous Nightmare on Elm Street movies were nothing more than horror movies in the Nightmare on Elm Street universe and Freddy Kruger was nothing but a fictional monster, in universe only for a demon to take a liking of the Fictional Freddy Kruger and the Mimic his appearance and killing still in the real world. The fnaf novels if Canon are practically copying this plot, by having the original games(movies)be revealed to be fictional in the fnaf universe while having a Endo Animatronic(demon) appear and start to imitate the Villain of the games, becoming Glitchtrap. It in my opinion just erases the lore we thought up to now and makes you question if you can still apply that lore. That's the confusing elements of this lore. Are the older games still Canon to the events that happened in universe or are they nothing but games in universe and the events of those games never happen. The books seem to suggest they are games, while the games Including the one where Glitchtrap first appears, marks it as Fazbear lying and making the games as a cover-up.
@ImpulseEvan37 Жыл бұрын
@@LordDiscord not only did I literally say that Edwin probably isn’t a parallel at all, but that’s not how parallels work in the slightest. There’s plenty of parallels in the fnaf series that all happen in the games. Vanny and Afton, Ennard stealing your body to escape and Glitchtrap stealing your body to escape, William Afton with the Mimic, the Daycare Attendant’s split personality to Vanessa’s split personality and both of them in ruin being removed of their split personality, one by someone named Cassidy and the other by someone named Cassie. Parallels can exist even if the thing they parallel exists in the same continuity. That’s like saying in math that a parallelogram only has two lines because there’s two sets of parallel lines so if one exists the other can’t. That’s not how it works
@LordDiscord Жыл бұрын
@ImpulseEvan37 my mistake now I understand what you were saying with your definition of parallels, I was more referring to the stand in version where it's clear a character is supposed to be that universes version of that character, think Miles Morales vs Peter Parker, two different characters, similar origin and both take on the mantel of Spiderman in their respective universes. The problem with the current story is, if the books are Canon, then that relegates Fnaf 1-6 as fictional stories within the Fnaf universe and Edwin is just the actual real version of Henry. The problem with Henry and Edwin existing in the same continuity is that, it wouldn't make sense to have Henry and Edwin both be credited with the creation of the original characters as the books never explain if they ever collaborated with one another. If he was just the creator of the Mimic there would be no issues you could just slide him in as a replacement for Henry Fazbear Entertainment needed after Henry's death, but with him having ties to Freddy, Bonnie, Chica and Foxy that muddied things. It either implies, that Henry took credit for something Edwin made, painting Henry in a even worse light or Edwin plagiarize off of Henry given the similar look the Mimic has with the Endo 01 in terms of head shape, similar mouths and the body shape. Yeah the arms,legs and ears are different but again, if you are basing your work off of someone else you have to make some changes. The only other way I can think of is that Edwin made the Withered Animatronics while Henry made the Original, but issues with that is that both series of Animatronics use the series of Endos, which would not make since for Henry and Edwin make the same series of endos. This has to mean they are direct parallels, otherwise where does Edwin fit into the overall story? I could believe that Henry was the builder for 1 restaurant and Edwin another but the issue with that is back during the time of the original games, the games implied they were smaller family owned restaurants given the underground tunnels connecting the locations back to Henry and Williams houses meaning most of the Animatronics appearing in those locations were moved from the previous locations meaning they were either made by Henry or William. Now he could have been an employee for Afton robotics, but I'm not sure if that has been hinted or not. Either way, if it's true, it's not a direction I'm really happy about as I don't like having to buy additional media to get the full story of something. Them using original stories to answer long asked questions is one thing, your getting answered questions and a new story, but to require that book or piece of media to fully understand your story from a game, makes the game fill incomplete. I guess it's easier to see the books paralleling the games rather than being an extention because I like fnaf story to be something I can understand through the games rather than needing every, novel, comic or guide book to understand the current story. I mean not every person that plays the game is going to pick up a book nor is every book reader going to play the games.

For me to believe that a random email from an employee at schoolastic is 100% truthful is a stretch and should not be taken at face value. I have and the books are clearly not tied in to the games. For instance, this whole video is destroyed by a single thread. The Mimic. In the books, the Mimic was created in the 80s. According to Help Wanted and Special Delivery, GlitchTrap and the Mimic were a part of the same Rabbit virus program. A "Client" gave Fazbear Entertainment game developers old hardware and circuit boards to use and scan and GlitchTrap was born from that. The "Client" later stole the hardware and circuit boards back and gave them to another Fazbear Department to scan. The virus is released again, taking the form of a rabbit, until it possessed a Toy Animatronic, having it's eyes change once according to a worker. Everything to do with the Rabbit virus that became the Mimic happened in 2019 and it possessed the animatronic in 2020. As for GlitchTrap, his events happened between 2017-2018 as Vanessa was already possessed in 2019.

Scrap Baby talks about birthdays, Pizza Party is a birthday, and in Security Breach + Ruin, there are quite a few mentions of birthdays, like Cassie's birthday and Eclipse telling Cassie happy birthday. There are probably more I haven't mentioned. Also the recurring theme of gifts.

I feel a lot of people, and sadly you as well, are ignoring the actual main and biggest problem when it comes to Tales being canon, all the absolutely ridiculous or just straight up stupid stories, explanations that are just plain dumb or lazy, and problems like the connections to Fazbear Frights. Because if Tales is canon, then Fragility is canon, which means Eleanor is canon. Which means Fazbear Frights is canon. Which means all of those dumb and silly stories are canon. I refuse to accept ideas like Fazgoo or Bonnie fish as 100% in lore canon. Probably my favorite part of this is how people claim the Mimic fixes the issue of Afton escaping UCN, but, if Tales is canon, then it means he DID escape it. It also means Cassidy, the character important enough to get a movie script based off of her, is now completely and utterly pointless as Andrew completely replaces her. All in all, it just makes the lore stupid, and not really that fun. It's like saying the original book trilogy is 100% canon, despite how many people dislike the story. It's just ignoring all the actual criticisms against each book series and accepting the only parts that actually fit for a theory. And frankly, going "Well it's just a plothole in the books themselves so it doesn't matter if it doesn't fit the games!" is so God damn LAZY! Like, how can we trust the books as canon if the books themselves can't even keep to the actual lore? Why should I trust the books when the authors show they themselves don't understand the connection to the games? I just can't accept any book as fully 100% game canon when frankly, besides the survival guide, every single lore centered book gets multiple facts completely wrong.
@ImpulseEvan37 Жыл бұрын
Scott himself implies parts of Frights are in the games continuity. Just because you don't like the wacky stuff doesn't mean its not in the games. Just because its weird doesn't mean its not in the games. They're in a fnaf based universe whether its in the games or not, and the logistics behind all the weird stuff is all under the rules established by these books, so them fitting in the games is not a problem. Your opinion on the story is not a factor in the slightest for the theory. You can't seriously be saying that because people like them they can't be in the games. A lot of people don't like security Breach, but that doesn't mean it isn't canon. Essentially what im saying is that your argument isn't an argument. I fail to see how Tales being canon indicates Afton escaped UCN. If anything it implies the opposite as the Mimic is the main villain. And Andrew doesn't replace Cassidy. His existence was hinted at in the toy chica cutscenes themselves. Cassidy is her own character, and she does her own things. He's not a replacement. The plothole thing isn't lazy, it's just straight up true. If the stories are inconsistent with each other despite being in the same universe, that doesn't prevent them from being in the games because it doesn't contradict the games in any way. Not to mention I literally provided an explanation for every single "plothole." None of them have to be actual plotholes, people are just choosing to believe they are

@@ImpulseEvan37 Ignoring the fact you just went "Yeah all the stupid stuff that doesn't fit the lore at all doesn't matter because it's still canon," thusly ignoring the actual issue with how that affects the canon as a whole, I never said "because people like them they can't be in the games". Like, please point out what made you think I meant that. I don't mind FF or TFTP as books. They have good stories, bad stories, silly stories, stupid stories, and using them as hints for the games lore makes perfect sense. But using them as a perfect bible doesn't. As for "Tales being canon indicates Afton escaped UCN" like I said, if Tales is canon, then that means the very first story in Tales is canon. I got the name wrong so that is on me, but the story 'Frailty' is undeniably a story about a girl who fell for Eleanor's trick and used her remnant necklace to heal others. But, if that is the case, then it means that Afton escaped UCN when he blew up and infected other items to help make all the FF stories. It also means he became a trash kaiju fueled by Eleanor, and he and the Puppet crashed into a lake and sank to the bottom. As for Andrew and Cassidy...I have no argument because I have no idea what you are talking about. I am genuinely asking, how does Andrew connect to the Toy Chica cutscenes? Do you mean the high school cutscenes? Please, link a video or a reddit thread or something because I am completely lost. Also, what the hell is Cassidy doing if she isn't TOYSHK? @ImpulseEvan37 Жыл бұрын
You literally said the biggest problem was the stupid stories, bad explanations and problems caused. I don't see how "stupid stories" doesn't indicate quality is what you're trying to say is a problem with it. The problems caused are also very minimal or can be explained. For example, the theory i believe is that the timeline splits in two different directions following fnaf 6, meaning the stitchwraith epilogues dont happen, the man in room 1280 doesn't happen eleanor is never killed and afton hasnt become a trash monster. The stitchwraith also doesn't exist. In any case, Afton doesn't "escape" ucn, he is intentionally let free. That's why he blows up. Andrew left his body. Cassidy also doesn't have to be completely removed from ucn. The one you should not have Killed and the vengeful spirit could be two different entities, one being Cassidy (who is golden freddy and stops torturing afton after talking to old man consequences) and Andrew who isn't golden freddy and doesn't immediately want to stop torturing Afton but eventually he does. And even if we were to say that Afton escaped ucn, that's only in the Stitchwraith epilogues and when he gets to a very specific space. If the timeline branches then his body is most likely still under the pizza place due to the immediate construction of the pizzaplex, and even if he could escape his torture, he can't go anywhere or do anything, at least not without the Mimic. I've made a video on this timeline branching topic in the past and the fazbear frights canonicity thing as a whole so you can watch that if you want kzbin.info/www/bejne/eoK1mGdvZdOUjqMsi=SHgXi8_zeHrzjYQs As for the Andrew Toy Chica cutscene thing, those cutscenes are tied to Afton killing his victims, and there are 7 victims. At that point we only knew that afton had 6 victims - the missing kids and charlotte. The One You Should Not have Killed being Andrew is very likely, and if he was a victim we didnt know about establishing he does exist within the game makes sense.

Because it's not exactly true. GlitchTrap and the Mimic were both birthed from the same virus, but each one went their own way and by Ruin, they have become enemies. As for how the Mimic got there...his Endo is that of a Toy Animatronic. He was most likely brought there to put on a costume and either be a new animatronic or replace one of the previous ones before it ran off and hid.

1:45 ok so your first example I already have a *small* issue with. I just feel like thats a funny joke but doesnt make sense plotwise. Given you know Afton is still out and about doing things. This sounds like a sort of ending to the character. one that obviously hasnt happened, and may never happen. I just dont see ultimate custom night as being anything but a non-canon fanservice celebration of the series up to that point. 2:22 *some.* that means that *some* are also not. Given that statement im willing to believe that some books are directly relevant to the games, but that should still be seen within the games before that is confirmed. 8:40 ok now youre stretching a few things. I was with you a bit there but its *not* confirmed that glitchtrap is the mimic program. At least, I dont think that's quite enough evidence personally. There's a tree aesthetic but that could easily be in rough reference to the trees you see at the princess quest ending. 11:28 yeah but that shows that these books *can have errors.* So while sure, they may be part of the game, I dont think we can treat them as canon till they are confirmed to be canon. 18:20 so again that just tells us these books have a lot of issues story wise. Maybe they are part of the games, but its easier just to ignore them. The game's plot is enough of a mess as is. At least thats my take now.

Let's start with the language from the CD room. The language in the books, used to communicate with the mimic is described as "loops, squares, squiggles, triangles within triangles" but here in the games we see only 1? An entire paragraph with just 1 type of the 4 forms described? The language uses all letters from the English Alphabet except for J, Q and X. Am I seriously to believe that those three are EXACTLY the letters not used in the books while the rest of the alphabet is using black triangles with straight lines that intersect in a corner? It's just not realistic. It's just very illogical to believe these are the same language. And if they're NOT the same language, why is that language on the wall here in the first place if it's not supposed to be a similar language (but parallel to the books version)? Alternatively, where is any proof that there is ANY mimic language anywhere in the game if not this wall? Is Foxy's Flume even mentioned in the books? I don't remember hearing about that being a thing from the books. If I remember correctly the mimic squished a character to death inside a blue DOG costume. Exactly where in the entire franchise is there ever a dog costume? I have yet to see any blue dog being mentioned anywhere but the books. And it DEFINITELY didn't appear in SB or Ruin which is weird because iirc, the events take place INSIDE the pizzaplex, no? People arguing that Kelly being inside burntrap is even weirder because 1. that's not a dog, 2. that's not the colour blue 3. the suit and the body look damaged and rotting which isn't explained by the book afaik. The Tales from the pizzaplex books came out after the game, no? So the books showing things that were in the games is expected. It would be weirder if the books predicted the games, which I would consider. But to my knowledge that hasn't been the case. If the mimic had actually shown up as this white tiger in the final chase sequence I'd have been like "I don't like that they're canon, but it sure does sound like it" but that's just not the case here. I get a lot of people saying "Tiger rock isn't real, he can't hurt you" but you clearly haven't looked under your bed late at night. He is real, he will hurt you and he's hiding until you're asleep to do it. At the end of the story it's unclear whether Kai actually broke free of the virtual experience or not and so the degree to which tiger rock as an animatronic is real is also debatable. It's simply not clear. I have more thoughts but it's late at night so Imma head to bed.

Something im not understanding is the timeline so if the Pizzaplex opened in 2024 how does that affect Fnaf 3 and Fnaf 6 and what year does Help Wanted take place in and if Security Breach is in 2029 then what year is Ruin set?
@tonyf4991 Жыл бұрын
This is why I hate theorists. They never do proper research for the people who never play the games or look at the Ultimate Guide. Sorry for their short sightedness. Help Wanted takes place between 2017-2018. Special Delivery takes place between late 2019 (November) and ends in 2021. In Special Delivery, the files show that Vanessa is 23 years old as of 2019 and she was born in 1997. Security Breach takes place between 2022-2024 with Ruin taking place just a few months after Security Breach. Cassie is around 12 in Ruin and going off of her memories, she and Gregory are about the same age and she states she use to love the Daycare in the Pizzaplex, meaning she's been going and it has been opened since she was at least a toddler. Then of course she mentions the log rise which was a part of Adventure Foxy's area before it was eventually replaced with Roxy, who became her favorite. With this information, we can say that the Pizzaplex was built as early as 2011 or 2012. Which would put Pizzeria Simulator someone between 2005-2009, and FNAF 3 between 1997-2000.

@@SherlockSMasters not at all. I'll even give a few examples of what I mean. Theorists: Golden Freddy is an animatronic possessed by at least two kids. The games: Golden Freddy is not an animatronic but is instead a ghost and the form we see is the one chosen by said ghost. No multiple spirits inhabiting anything. Theorists: FNAF 3 takes place around 2023 and by Security Breach it's 2070. The games: Special Delivery states that Vanessa was born in April of 1997, and is 23 around the time of Special Delivery. That puts Special Delivery at the year 2020. Theorists: The books state that the Mimic was created all the way back in the 80s! The games: When you look at both Help Wanted and Special Delivery you get the full origin story of the Mimic and GlitchTrap. A "Client" brings hardware and circuit boards to Fazbear Entertainment game developers to scan and use. They do so, unleashing a bad virus that takes the form of a vintage Bonnie model rabbit who becomes known as GlitchTrap. After it is released into the game the "Client" steals back the hardware and circuit boards. About a year later, the "Client" does the same thing, this time with another department of Fazbear Entertainment. Again the virus is unleashed looking like a vintage Bonnie model. This time however, the virus takes possession of a new toy model. The toy model is later described as "a quadruped? A spider? A tripod?" And a few days later is said to have changed it's eye color on one occasion and the team cannot replicate it. These descriptions are of the Mimic. Theorists: Everything is built on top of the Afton house! Games: In FNAF 4 just by looking at the toys and plushies we already know that there is another Freddy's. More specifically, that the toy models are already out as you can see a Mangle or Toy Foxy in the girl's room and the toy models were meant to replace the original models. So no Freddy's built on top of the house. The lack of seeing the sister in FNAF 4 also indicates that the sister is dead and the lack of a mother indicates she left. Now, Afton built Circus Baby's Pizza World in the late 70s early 80s, before Elizabeth died. Her death caused it to shut down and move to a new facility, Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals, the Sister Location. Now, since Special Delivery takes place between 2019-2020, that puts Sister Location between 1997-2000. Now since Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals was already built after Elizabeth died, it was not built on top of the Afton house. And since Pizzeria Simulator takes place between 2000-2003, the Pizzeria was not built on top of the Sister Location. And those are just a few examples. Do I hate Scott? No. Am I one of the few that actually takes him at his word when he's said multiple times that people should not try to fit the books and games together like two puzzle pieces and the books are just their own stories? Yes.

Yes and no. He and William created all the characters except one. Fredbear. Going off of the old black and white poster in Security Breach, that poster dates back to at least the 1950s, where Fredbear was in it's own small attraction called Fredbear's Singing Show. And going off of the colored old posters for Fredbear's Family Diner, colored printers didn't come out until 1973, so that would have been the earliest that Fredbear's Family Diner would've opened. But that also means that Henry and William bought Freddy and decided to create a restaurant chain with him at the heart.

I still think the books are parallels, but its mostly cannon. For example I think The Mimic, maybe Sun and Moon, and yellow Chica come from a deferent Pizza Plex. The light sign shows Chica as white, but Freddy's light sign shows the prototype colors. Showing she was repaint when Chica arrived at the Pizza Plex. I think there's a good chance The Mimic came to the this pizzas plex with Chica killed Bonnie so he could dress as him to get to Cassady's dad, got caught and locked up in the pizza plex. I also think The Mimic Burn Trap and Glitch Trap are all. Mimics programs but are deferent. For example I think Burn Trap is a dead Afton on a new endo that's running a mimic. The endo being built by nightmare staff bots. Help wanted is the mimic Glitch trap is out come from it. If Glitch trap was The Mimic, then Glitch trap would be a hodgepodge of everything from help wanted. Not Just well. Also The Princess is Cas. Who kills Will. I don't think they should be discounted, but shouldn't be holy gospel. Like Help wanted I think is basically cannon.

Look, i respect you as a theorist, but i dont agree with you, yes tftp are set in the newest world of games, and are canon 100% just like FF are pr TSE triology is since all books are set in fnaf universe, the newest world of games i see more as of specification of the direction in what time period the books are pointing, another thing is no i dont think books are just paralels too, these last months there is a lot of black or white thinking, i use information in books and apply to games continuity unless something Doesnt line up, and unfortunately there are things that doesnt line up and thus i am hesitant to put them in same continuity, you mentioned the hippo magnet, if it was just discontinued sure, but the book specificaly said it was for a reason of how we use it in games, And there is duffle bag message about how employes are aware of this magnets doing and just dont care, with ggy there is a problem acutally, ggy heavily implies the therapists are from school thus associated to school in CDs when talking to patient 46 they are associated to company so the therapy session is company session, in ggy freddy is already hacked, yet in cds patient 46 doesnt hack animatronics until the 5th therapist came to place, we know the therapy sessions go after each other since the last two digits shows the number of session, and patient 46 doesnt hack animatronics until vannesa is transfered there, and vannesa is transfered to pizzaplex its heavily implied by dufflebag messages that most human positions are taken by staffbots The problem with storyteller is that in cds its said the origin of virus in pizzaplex is patient 46, the glitchtrap virus doesnt even have the same effects on animatronics as glitchtrap, roxy is behaving according to her programmed personality shown in roxy race way intro, and her lashing out is from her insecurity shown in base game, and we see storyteller having memories from time with david and edwin and epilogues thus suggesting mimic1 program is like a hive mind, in tiger rock again mimic is using past knowledge, hes changing appearence, like changing Suits, something he learned from playing with david, hes still fixated with tearing limbs apart, and he wants to learn, since he was programmed to learn and recreate stories As for help wanted i see it as less problematic acutally, yet in story steve is abducted and work on games all days, and games origin came from his dreams, in games tho the indie developer was communicating with FE through emails, maybe even getting instructions from them through emails Now the FF, yes scott stated some stories are connected to games, but if you think about it even TSE triology is connected to games by some capacity too, both prankster and what we found are retelling of certain games events or games and thus connected, but for a clear reason are not in the same continuity I dont say tales games cant be true but also i dont say its 100%true, i would continue but i dont want to spoil the 8th book for you, tho thank you for the video, you did an amazing job, even tho i dont agree, i think its important to have different views on fnaf, so again thank you for the video

None of the books are canon. "But the Mimic" was hinted at during Special Delivery. "But it was made in the 80s" the Mimic is hinted at being created in Special Delivery, and that game takes place in late 2019 - early 2020. "But the Mimic program" was never a thing in the games. In both Help Wanted and Special Delivery, GlitchTrap and the Mimic were birthed by the same virus. However, whenever the virus took a form in both games, it was always that of a vintage Bonnie model. Aka the GlitchTrap model. While one stayed a GlitchTrap and eventually possessed Vanessa, the other entered a toy animatronic and became the Mimic. "The books say there's multiple souls possessing Golden Freddy" I argue that anyone who makes this claim using the books as evidence never played the first two FNAF games. Golden Freddy is not an animatronic, he is a ghost who is taking on a twisted form of Fredbear. No one is possessing him, the ghost (Cassidy) IS him. Why else do you think he appears out of nowhere, sometimes as just a head, then vanishes instead of going away like all the others do? And those are just a few examples. People need to seriously start paying better attention to the games before they try to tie on something that Scott has said has no connection multiple times over the years. On Reddit, in Ultimate Custom Night, in the Ultimate Guide just to name a few places.
