This series was 20/10 for me. Every episode was emotional. Breathtaking. To know Anakin and his troops relentlessly trained Ahsoka how to survive against them and that ended up literally saving her life from them...I had tears streaming down my face the entire episode. Ahsoka taking down the Sixth Brother...OMG. This is why I love her so much as a character. She's badass but through not only natural ability but TRAINING. She benefitted so much from being Anakin's padawan. Dooku's turn...you can see why it happened. I can't say that I blame him or disagree with his choices. We need so many more of these stories.

Can't endorse a season two enough, along with a Tales of Sith, or just a long run of "Tales of" series. Like you said, it's animated and you can play around SO much with characters crossing over from every book, every video game - Cal, Starkiller, etc. - and have them cross paths with literally anyone you want that was active during those same respective eras. When I saw these were only going to have a 15ish minute runtime, I hadn't _EVER_ fathomed it would be the most immersive 15 minutes of any Star Wars production. Literally nothing I would mark as "needing improvement"; the sound drew you in, the writing was captivating while managing being SO concise, the character pairings intrigued you immediately, the emotional depth they were capable of reaching while just giving us these minutiae of scenes and slices of "in-between" moments that told so much additional story for characters' motives... just phenomenal. More PLEASE!!!
