I had the pleasure to taste Scapa last September, and it was very good, at a good price point. It is 46% non chill filtered, natural colour.

Just bought a bottle of the 10 year talisker. It has gone down the toilet in terms of quality.

maybe some extra balance could be added here ? aka will they use the same stills plus some extras .... so more a modern repipe/rebuild rather than a demolish per say needs some sympatheic language

One would think there is a historical reason why they shouldn't raze taliaskier. Maybe build close to the original building. Or close by. Wish I could try some of these but they are unattainable for me.
