For those that love Talk Talk and do not know about the 2 compilations that came out in late 2024. See me review here online: www.juno.co.uk/junodaily/2024/09/13/dusted-down-talk-talk-snow-on-the-moon-demos/#more-185402?Juno_Plus&Juno_Plus&Dusted+Down+%26%238211%3B+Talk+Talk%3A+Snow+On+The+Moon+%2F+Demos

Good episode, and I pretty much agree with the order but I definitely prefer The Colour of Spring. The way I see this album is basically two big hits, two great ballads and a couple of solid album tracks but a weaker second half, a filler in Call In The Night Boy (there were better b-sides that year, e.g. Again A Game... Again (4.00) or Without You (3.00), and Dum Dum Girl just doesn't sound like a single. I would give it 2.75, the title track 4.00 and The Last Time may be 3.25. Good classic album, but the next two were significantly better.

Ya, you could definitely swing me to say Colour of Spring is better on any particular day. Its so close. Maybe I should play them back to back then I could adjust that rating. Eventually, as I complete the albums of bands I will do a recap album rankings and in that one I will remind myself to double check those 2 albums for placement. We are close on our thoughts. Perhaps my favoring electronic music helped push The Last Time and Its My Life (song) a little higher. Thanks for posting your opinion! Love it Now sure if you know about these 2 compilations that came out last month. @@ElectricCafe-45 Yes, I saw them in the comments yesterday as well. The track list looks like a similar release in the past called Missing Pieces. I don't see the point for more compilations of the same stuff. Are those digital-only releases? It's not a good sign when the number of compilations starts exceeding the number of studio albums (as in the case of Talk Talk, Tears For Fears, etc.) and even their availability (as in the case of older generation artists like Roy Orbison and Neil Sedaka).

They are vinyl. Trying to take advantage of the vinyl boom I'm sure
