In Poland there is exact superstition. You knock three times (prefferably in not painted wood) and say "Odpukać w niemalowane" (Which translate "knock on the nit painted [wood]"). Usually use by the older generation. It is used to not jinks sth. For example: "wow my car work welk for so long" knock knock knock.

In the USA we usually simply say “Knock on Wood” or “Let me knock on wood.”
