Who can guide us and bless us. So when you don't know in which way sri said this, then kindly dont comment ( cringy ) when you don't understand someones feelings and emotion..

This is a revelation to many people who consider bathing as a routine and mandatory activity and pay little or no attention to these important aspects of DO's and DONT's.. Thank you Madam for your valuable and helpful tips to stay healthy and fit..🙏🙏

I have very high respect for yoga institute. Around 35 years ago I took training in a few yoga exercises for my post operative issues. It helped me overcome all issues. Earlier my mother used to went there for her hypertension and it helped her a lot. Amazingly I still remember those exercises so clearly. At that time Sri Yogendraji and his son were there. If I recollect correctly it was then known as Institute of classical yoga situated at Santacruz East Mumbai. I still have a few books that I had then purchased. My very best wishes for all those associated with this institution.

For some old people and/or neurological problematic persons, it is not always advisable to take cold or (even) normal temperature water bath 'as chances to get paralysis are very stronger.' Hence, be careful. 🌿

Diamtenacious Earth 🌎 It WILL stop your hair from falling out, make your skin moistened from the inside out & Will make your hair and nails grow STRONGER & FASTER!!! I've used this NATURAL MINERAL FOR THE LEAST FEW YEARS & It TRULY is an AMAZING NATURAL MINERAL that is naturally mined from the earth 🌎. Big P*@ra actually TRIED TO SYNTHETICALLY REPRODUCE THIS NATURAL MINERAL, so that they could market and make more $$$$ with it!!!! Well guess what? THEY CANNOT DUPLICATE A MINERAL MADE BY OUR HEAVENLY FATHER AND CREATOR, REDEEMER.
