went to see psyc ss dc yesterday im 55 been work since 18 last year had heart attack been off work since march my legs are 100% block they cannot doe surgery hearts to weak

I talked to one of your people and went on the web site for ssdi and filled it out myself was approved in 7 months but had good proof of my spinal injury. they sent me to see one of their doctors and 4 weeks later i was approved. but as I said I had surgery and all he paperwork and pics. this is not the normal my wifw was rejected 2 times and took almost 3 years.

Yes I need update them authorize rep form because they kept calling the wrong person idk why my case still pending they just send me a packet had to put all my dr info pain discrimination etc and medications taking. Like I though by the time my state disability ended I would have an answer ? But nope nothing yet I though we’ll it’s in salt late city should be quick but nope.

I also need give them my bank info and get my online account code to create an acct access that way because waiting for actual letters sucks they the waiting game is stressful

Do you think someone with a learning disability can be a forced to accept consequences for not understanding his rights threw the systems

Question? My mom has chronic kidney disease also diabetes and another diagnosis and she just recently got denied I don’t have the letter to know the reason I tell her to appeal it it’s the 2nd time they deny her but her dr knows she can’t work so not sure why or if she not turning docs as she should or what I feel I’m not getting the full story from her but Anywhom she was denied and like 8months wasted waiting and for nothing

@@Lachina-o3z yes. And her appeal time has come and gone. Doesn't sound as if she's serious about this or, she's waiting for someone to do it for her.
