Cutting a whole chicken can seem complicated, but you can do it with some practice. I spent 25 years frying up crispy fried chicken for my husband every week. I intended to do that today, but I keep putting it off. I ended up using half of the chicken for the air fryer, and the other half I will fry tomorrow. I felt intimidated by that chicken 'cause I hadn't done it in a while. It's different for me to cook for just myself.
