marx was really inspired by his idea of dialectics which somehow also inspired the fascists like Hitler and Mussolini. The idea of absolute truth or absolute reality led to the emergence of ideologies like Marxism, Socialism, nationalism and even fascism whose adherents are not only fighting for the supremacy of absolute truth, but are also ready to make sacrifices. Something absolute is immutable, infallible and has no other alternative left which contradicts its absolute existence and thus, remains as a complete truth in itself. Hegel has shown us the way to reach this stage of absolute existence wherein through a series of negation of negation or thesis and anti-thesis which results in synthesis we can get closer to the idea of absolute, but we gotta continue this process till we get a thesis having no contradiction within it which in essence should be similar to the idea of absolute or in religio-philosophical sense GOD. But then there's a catch, a mortal having found and established this idea of absolute existence could also not be distinguished from absolute itself which means at this point, he himself or the idea flowing from him becomes an absolute idea. That's how totalist states have come into existence and exercised their authority over the will of the masses to command allegiance and claim their loyalty for an absolute cause and the results were horrific. In this sense, a peaceful co-existence of all within a pluralistic realm doesn't lie in pursuing the idea of absolute, but a golden mean between 2 extremes.
