@@wendynicholss6886 It is now but over the years I went through several recessions caused by labour, saw interest rates hit 15% chasing the ERM, but for a long time we had rates of 8%+, last a great deal in the 2008 mess, had to wait an extra year to get my state pension because the noddys in parliament had no idea and keep changing pension arrangements. So yes I might not have a mortgage now but from 21 to 67 I did!
