" Democracy is listening to the Will of the people ", I couldn't agree more. You are such a voice that will be missed terribly, Blessed Memory Rabbi Jonathan Sacks.💜

Grateful for this video; revisiting a much needed reminder on the inclusion word " We " in " We the people " which is a prepolitical virtue on Competitive Democratic Values. Political leaders ought to be of noble character, as politics is Servitude. Thank you Rabbi lord Jonathan Sacks.

Keep in mind this video was done a few weeks before he passed away from his battle of fighting cancer. The spirit and love of Rabbi Sacks will be missed we are very fortunate that he left so much content.

Amen. I just find it so surprising that he was so active and lucid right up to the end. I was shocked to learn he passed away. He seemed to be in his prime, really.

One lives in a Community.and. Society. Leaders serve. the community rather than ourselves. Similarly in this modern age of IPhone. Or I pad or face book let us reach out and think of the other.Wave. To a stranger,smile. and share. This will make a difference in the world. As. Rabbi Jonathan Sacks said. We can an listen to those different from us

If "talking across differences" is an ideal that Google promotes, then why do you indulge in censorship of those with different perspectives? Rather hypocritical, wouldn't you say? There are extremely important issues in these times for which solutions must be found, and Google is effectively engaging in "book burning".
@youretheai75864 жыл бұрын
They do so because some of the content that's being spread is detrimental to the common good and has the possibility to directly harm people and spread faster then it could be controlled if it wasn't censored.

@@youretheai7586 You do understand that is the argument of tyrants, don't you? History is absolutely packed with authoritarians makings such excuses for their tyrannical behavior. The US Constitution was specifically designed to protect against such infringements on free speech.

@@Videot99 it could be interpreted that way but Google is a company that has its own rules, terms and conditions that you agree to by using it's services. They don't have to allow certain things if they think it's better for them not to. You agreed to these terms so they'll enact them when they feel it's for the greater good.

@@youretheai7586 Here's the thing: Google has more influence over political, and many other modes, of the populace's thinking than virtually any other entity. Do you want a mega-corporation's profit oriented computer software to dominate your world view? I can't believe even people that derive their paycheck from Google would want such a course for humanity's future. AI is here and now, and it's in the here and now that we need to be asking some serious questions.
