I don’t see any fillings between the layers and I noticed they’re not crumb coated and no ganache… will this be served for the guests or just “for your eyes only”? Nevertheless, the cake is elegant and beautiful!!!!

The cake is filled and crumboated with buttercream! That was literally the first thing mentioned in the video. Cheers!

We usually knead in a lot of powdered icing sugar and a bit of CMC powder when necessary

Turn table is not necessarily needed for Fondant icing.

I have a team of 7 staff, it depends on who is working while the video is being shot some prefer to use and others prefer not to. If you check old videos I'm sure you'll find turntables but it's not a necessity especially for fondant ❤
