I was there. I remember seeing the crash from the TriOval Tower. And then only 3 cars came back by unscathed. My friends and I all looked at each other like, "The rest of this race is going to suck." And it did. Probably the most bored I've ever been at Dega. Had no idea what Fedewa was enduring in that race car until I saw this. THANK YOU for posting this story, and all the others.
