One of the fun things about Justin, particularly for new listeners, is, from seeing him calmly chat in front of a camera, you wouldn't expect him to be the most monstrous and energetic vocalist around, and yet, there it is.

Fuckin love this band, and all the personalities in it. It’s obvious that Max and Justin are the stars of the show, and for good reason. But it was sooo cool to see Derrick ,Mewzen, and Alex have their piece in here too to show how important they are to the band’s identity and overall idgaf attitude. Justin’s attitude about peaking and then dipping before the start scraping the bottom of the barrel is sad but badass at the same time. These guys are so creative that it’s hard to see that coming, and I hope it never does. I’ve been following this band pretty religiously the past couple of years and was a little confused about all the “controversy” talk. I know they’ve gotten kicked off the tail end of the ATR tour, and Justin got arrested for punching a security guard years ago. But I’m just kind of confused because in the interview it made it seem like a lot more stuff has gone down. Anyways could not be more hyped for an album and I am frothing at the mouth waiting for the new merch to drop that we saw in the last tour vlog. Shoutout to all the die hard Tallah fans out there, you the real ones. Especially Evan Blake who I see in the comments on every Tallah, and Justin related video on KZbin. Also fuck the rich elite and all the faceless/nameless enemies to the common people.

Since tgod was written pre matriphagy and rewritten post matriphagy, how did the album evolve over time? all singles have a very certain vibe to them, already making them seem bigger than matriphagy so i wonder how these tracks first sounded in 2019. also, this was fabulous. hearing you guys talk about music is always a blast and god i hope there’ll be another 1h "cut footage" video on jesus' channel

I'm curious to know if Max pulls ideas from more obscure music. When he says "the imagery comes to me" I like to think he's listening to Bison - Earthbound or something. People seem to like comparing this to Slipknot and Korn, and that has a certain longevity to it. I just hope Max doesn't feel pigeon holed to "sound" like this. I don't know wtf I'm talking about.
