Nice list and another fun video! Lots of stuff that totally deserves to be on here. And I'm so into how much you love rotf Megatron haha! FYI I do think someone made an upgrade arm for that figure. My top 3 were SS Primal (like you said about Cheetor, I just keep going back to him over and over, and he was so cool in the film!), MPM Bonecrusher (Don't need to tell you how good he is), and AAT KOK (yes, I'm as surprised as anyone that it's so good, but it is!).

Also about Nightbird, I think the reason her wings are super tiny is because originally she wasn’t meant to have wings so it was a last-minute decision while the film was being developed. So I just angle the wings all the way towards the front instead of having them dangle on the sides or behind her.

What's wrong with the DLX inclusions? And I have been interested in Baiwei Megatron, only thing is that I have the SS Voyager with the DNA kit so I don't feel like I need it.
