This is fantastic! Can I make a suggestion? Get your suspension tuned now. I used to the be warranty guy at Motocorsa the premier Ducati dealer in the U.S., one of the things we found was the moment you go over stock HP your bike really benefits from tuning your suspension to your weight and riding style. That will really change the way the bike handles, especially in corners where it really matters. I've seen a lot of guys build bikes with crazy HersPers like yours but because they don't tune the suspension the bike just isn't as fast or rideable as a slower bike with better suspension. Much to the annoyance to some of my track friends I'll do my suspension before I even look at increasing engine numbers because of that fact.

Hey T, just curious if you have experimented with different fuel blends. In my younger years, I bought, new, a 1991 Honda CBR 1000f, which, thankfully, I sold a couple years later before I killed myself. A few years back (during my mid life crisis) I bought a 1992 Yamaha FZR 1000 in an attempt to relive some of the good old days. I share this info in an effort to show that I have some actual experience with sport bikes. In comparison, my CBR 1000f was powerful and comfortable but it did not come close to the raw power the Yamaha FZR 1000 EXUP had. I remember trying 104 octane racing fuel in my CBR 1000f and experienced no noticeable difference in performance other than the exhaust emanated that intoxicating high octane fuel smell of the race track. When it comes to the FZR 1000, it was a different experience. I found that a blend of 2/3's 104 octane & 1/3 92 octane premium (0% ethanol) was the optimal mix. The difference was so significant, I would guess there was a 15 - 20 HP increase. Also, when I tried a full tank of the 104 octane fuel the bike ran like crap. Stay safe my friend

I have an 08 zx10r an I bought the M4 Carbon fiber street slayer and I tried a few different maps from power commander and my bike sucked balls with it on I lost lots of power an bottom end, I put my two brothers carbon fiber back on and it’s back to where it was being a beast. But to each their own just my experience with it

I own a 2109 ZX10R, stock filter, stock headers and graves cat delete slip on. Mine is ECU flashed and Dyno tuned. 183 whp 79 ft lbs torque. Arizona ridden and tuned.

Manufactures inflate numbers like crazy. Measuring from the crank this would be reading well over 200+. Can’t believe everything that written.

Yeah you probably read a stat that wasn’t referring to the rear wheel.

197 from the factory refers to hp at the crank shaft. Not all of that makes it to the rear wheel. A dyno tells you how much power is made to the wheels.

Longer exhaust will make a little more, about the feel, you should not feel fast(jerk pulling) but smooth..smooth = fast..smooth = easier to control..AFR after 7000 is good..a little lean on 4k and 5k..probably 13 on the AFR would give some more low end power
