Tame impala is not a band but just Kevin Parker. The only reason there are other people with him during live performances is because he cant do all the instruments on the spot.
@itsnearlv Жыл бұрын
@@frostbitesponge9958 I think it's fair to say Tame Impala is actually both. For all recording purposes, Tame Impala is Kevin Parker, he is everything your hear when you listen to the music. Tame Impala does not exist without him. But as performers, Tame Impala is also a band with the same static members for years. I feel like you can't really count out the other 4 members like that.
@psychedelicginger62476 жыл бұрын
For me there are two kinds of music: On the one hand there is music, you may like right away but after a few times listening to it you get tired easily. And then there is music like Tame Impala or Pond, whose songs you may not like the first time you hear it, but once you like it, you can’t get enough of it for the rest of your life. When that’s the case you know it’s pure quality.

I went back to my KZbin history and found that I watched that going backwards video in 2014, and then watched another video a year ago in 2020. And that's like as deep as I ever went. And now I'm listening to all of their albums 24/7 and watching years of performances.
