my friends and i danced our asses off on the beach during this whole set. I cried from happiness in a way I never have. This is brilliant. I'm from Australia and when I first heard Tame Impala in 2008 on alternative radio I thought to myself they have to go global. The whole world needs to hear them and this has happened and then some. My dream came true 9 days ago when I saw them live in Sydney, Australia. I hope to see them again and again. Thank goodness for people like you recording concerts so we can experience this always. Tame Impala, you are one of the BEST bands to EVER exist on planet Earth ever..... Lonerism was my introduction to Tame Impala, so of course there is always a special place in my heart for this album and era… seeing them in small clubs in 2013, then small theaters in 2014, I saw the evolution of Lonerism songs and Kevin as a musician …into a really next level era of Currents… man, I liken Lonerism to the Pumpkins’ Siamese Dream (and Lonerism to Mellon Collie) so it really is magical… thanks for this upload!!!

When Lonerism came out I was 17 going on 18 and it was like hearing the Beatles it sounded so revolutionary, unlike anything I had heard in the modern age. The experience of that album was absolutely incredible, I can’t believe it’s already 10 years old and I feel like it influenced so many after it. It will always be one of the most special albums to me. I mean it was deep in its influences but I wish someone would still keep on making something as original as that album. In the 2010s I’d say it’s one of the most important albums that there is, even though I think Currents was Kevin’s masterpiece
