This guy is from Ceylon, he is not tamilan but ceylonese (judging from his tamil) atleast he is making a decent living selling dosa, unlike some other yalpana ceylonese - tamil people are heirloom only from Tamil Nadu. Which is the capital of Tamil Race, not Ceylon.
