Sauropods had hollow honeycomb like bones throughout their body, like modern avian birds. it’s what allowed them to get so big and carry so much weight. Imagine the bones in their neck and vertebrae. Also they took oxygen in their lungs upon inhaling and exhaling, with loads of air sacks in their bodies like birds.
